Tutti i nostri pick up sono condotti dalla strada principale (fuori dagli hotel) e vi invieremo istruzioni sull'orario esatto di pick up e il numero di autobus prima della vostra attività. Si prega di essere alla ricerca del nostro autobus con il cartello Smilies Holidays. Si prega di notare che il trasferimento è disponibile SOLO dagli hotel / aree sulla lista. Il ritorno sarà nello stesso luogo del punto di ritiro nella prenotazione.

The pickup took place at a different time than described on the ticket. Unfortunately, we were not informed separately that the pickup time had changed. Therefore, we almost missed the bus. 35 minutes were stated in the description. The stay in Zia was 3 hours, more than expected. The bus driver only told us that when we got off. You had to find a way to pass the time in Zia. We were stuck up there from 5:30 PM to 9 PM. Way too long, our expectations were different. We were therefore very disappointed, as this excursion robbed us of a lot of our precious vacation time. I also find 40€ for a 20-minute bus ride completely excessive.
Sehr geehrte Gäste, Wir möchten hierzu klarstellen dass Ihre Aussage nicht den Tatsachen entspricht. Sie wurden 2 Tage vor dem Ausflug über die Abholzeit informiert. Dies ist auch im Nachrichtenverlauf von Viator zu sehen. In der Beschreibung der Tour wird angegeben wie lange die Tour dauert und dass Sie über die genaue Abholung informiert werden. (Aufenthalt in Zia war von 17:50 bis 21:00) Dass Sie persönlich keinen gefallen am Bergdorf und am Sonnenuntergag fanden tut uns leid. Dennoch legen wir Wert darauf, dass Bewertungen die tatsächlichen Abläufe korrekt wiedergeben. Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin alles Gute.

The organization was very well planned and also uncomplicated. The bus driver arrived at our hotel on time and picked us up again in Zia on time and as agreed. The time in Zia was very nice and the sunset very worth seeing.

Friendly and extremely helpful service offered by the team at Tigaki. Such clear instructions given and our needs were met quickly. We booked the Zia by sunset transfer for four people. The price of 12 euros pp was very reasonable. We were delighted that our coach arrived exactly on time and that the driver was welcoming. It was made clear to us when we reached beautiful Zia where we would be collected at the end of the evening and once again our coach arrived on time to return us to Tigkaki. We would highly recommend this service.
