- Restrizioni di peso : per una prenotazione di un singolo passeggero di peso pari o superiore a 230 libbre, al momento della prenotazione deve essere acquistato un posto aggiuntivo (2 passeggeri) di peso pari o superiore a 400 libbre o per gruppi di 3 o più persone di peso pari o superiore a 190 libbre. Qualsiasi passeggero oltre 250lbs non importa quale sia il peso combinato deve acquistare un sedile comfort. Questo per la sicurezza e il comfort di tutti i passeggeri a bordo.
- A BORDO È AMMESSO SOLO IL CELLULARE. NESSUN ALTRO DISPOSITIVO FOTOCAMERA È AMMESSA! Air Maui fornirà un cordino per il cellulare dei passeggeri che sarà indossato al collo in ogni momento durante il volo. I passeggeri devono tenere sempre una mano sul telefono mentre sono in volo. Air Maui non è responsabile se si perde il telefono.
- I bambini devono avere almeno 10 anni di età o più per andare su porte aperte. Un adulto deve accompagnare chiunque 10 - 18 anni. Solo i 16 anni + possono sedersi su un bordo / sedile esterno.
- Non sono ammessi cappelli, borse, occhiali da sole o oggetti sfusi. Forniamo occhiali che si sono tenuti a indossare. Se si dispone di occhiali da vista che va bene si prega di indossare il paio più piccolo o contatti come devono andare sotto gli occhiali.
- Deve indossare scarpe chiuse a punta o sandali che si legano alle caviglie. Niente infradito o scivoli.
- I capelli lunghi devono essere legati in uno chignon o una treccia.
- Air Maui fornirà a ciascun passeggero una giacca a vento da indossare durante il volo.
- Politica di cancellazione: Nessun rimborso o riprogrammazione entro 48 ore dall'orario del volo. Per gruppi di 12 o più giorni di preavviso è richiesto.
- Tutti i nomi e pesi dei passeggeri DEVONO essere avvisati al momento della prenotazione. Sotto la rappresentazione del peso corporeo può comportare la cancellazione al momento del check-in senza alcun rimborso.
- Non accessibile ai disabili. Non c'è un sollevatore per sedie a rotelle per ospitare passeggeri in sedia a rotelle né il personale può assistere personalmente / fisicamente le persone nell'elicottero
- L'elicottero è un rustico condiviso di 6 passeggeri e un pilota per ogni volo.
- Niente nelle tue tasche. Se applicabile terremo le chiavi dell'auto in ufficio mentre voli.
- I clienti devono pagare il parcheggio con il codice QR all'ingresso dell'eliporto. Abbiamo il codice QR anche nel nostro ufficio. SOLO CARTA DI CREDITO.

This helicopter ride blew the doors off (no pun intended lol) Richie was an amazing! Not only because of his knowledge but also his great sense of humor the whole flight. I would recommend asking to be seated behind the pilot or to be seated in the front if you are taller than 6 feet because there no is no leg room. Overall it was a breathtaking experience and would definitely do it again!

This was one of the most amazing excursions I have ever been on. We saw the most amazing landscape that can only be seen via helicopter. The pilot was awesome and all the ladies in the office were amazing.

This was an amazing experience! Better than we could have possibly imagined. From start to finish our pilot Cameron made us feel safe and was a superb guide as well as a pilot. He narrated the entire flight and was super knowledgeable. We would absolutely do it again!

If I could give this tour more than 5 stars I would. I am so glad we booked the doors off tour. We were extremely blessed with perfect weather, a double rainbow, and all waterfalls flowing. The views are truly stunning. The helicopter was a thrill to ride in and my 9 year old felt a lot more comfortable with a seat right next to the pilot.

The communication was outstanding from start to finish, from registration through the pre-flight instructions. Every staff member was professional, friendly, and organized, making the entire experience seamless. We absolutely loved the doors-off flight. Our pilot, Kirk, was knowledgeable, informative, and made the ride both enjoyable and comfortable. Most of all, the views were simply breathtaking—far beyond what we could have imagined. This was the best excursion, and I highly recommend it. It was worth every penny, and it was my favorite part of the whole trip. You will see waterfalls and views that you can only see from a helicopter or plane.

First time ever in a helicopter AND with no doors haha. The crew (front desk to the pilot) were very friendly and explained all the details to make the process very smooth. The views were jaw dropping and absolutely breathtaking. Highly, highly recommend taking the tour with Air Maui

We loved this helicopter tour! Pilot Richie was great and very entertaining, and it was a smooth flight. The views of Molokai are incredible. The Doors Off flight gets a bit chilly, but the jackets they give you to wear were sufficient. I would suggest wearing pants or leggings if you get cold easily and plan to sit on the outside edge. Also, I have very long, fine hair and, even though I braided it, it was very tangled where it pulled out around the headset, all along the crown of my head. I would suggest maybe a very tight, gelled French braid or, if is allowed, a wide stretchy headband as well as a braid. Overall, one of our top experiences in Maui!
