Very easy fast track entry with guided tour. Guide was very knowledgeable and the duomo and basilica were gorgeous. The use of a mic and headphone made listening to guide very easy, even in a crowded room.

Meeting needs a lot of improvement. Two/three people giving indications and where contradicting each other. When asking for clarification they had rough answers, as if the were tire of people asking. The timing between groups makes this situation even more difficult, we are tourist spending a good time and learning about Venice, this is not an army following confusing directions. I am very disappointed with the people receiving. These people need to be gentle and better organized.

Excellent tour of the Doge Palace and St. Mark's Basilica. Our guide Stefano was extremely knowledgeable, personable and engaging.

Great tour guide but a bit uncomfortable as the day was hot and there is no air conditioning in either the church or the palace.

Very insightful tour of Doge Palace. Our guide was very kind and knew a great deal about Venice & the palace. It was a hot day in August, and a several stairs up and down the palace (no ac, limited air flow). Some of the rooms were a bit redundant and seemed similar, however, each area had a story to tell. Really enjoyed paying a little extra for the view from the terrace overhead. Overall, we enjoyed the tour.

It was 2.5 hours & NO OPPORTUNITY TO USE RESTROOM OR GET WATER when it was the hottest month in Venice & no air conditioning. And I asked the people in charge before starting if we’d be able to use restrooms in between locations & they said of course. So we were given false information. Many people left the tour throughout because they had to use restrooms & also the tour guide spoke so much, in such a monotone voice that it was hard to stay. I ended up leaving after 1.5 hours because I had to pee so badly and I thought in between locations we’d have time to, but he said we wouldn’t because we had a timed entry. Maybe if he didn’t speak so much we wouldn’t have had time. Everyone was so uncomfortable. It wasted my short time in Venice. Such a shame. I can’t get my time back, but I would like a refund. Which btw, I’d never asked for before or felt that strongly about.

Sabrina was an incredible tour guide! So knowledgeable! We learned a lot and the tour flew by! Would highly recommend!

I do not recommend booking tours with this company based on my experience with their customer service. We booked a tour for three people, but two members of our group were unable to make it to Venice because their luggage was delayed for two days after arriving from the U.S. into Bologna. They had no choice but to remain there until their luggage arrived, making it impossible to travel to Venice for the tour. This was completely outside of our control, yet our request for a refund was denied. Unfortunately, Viator was also unable to provide any assistance. One person in our group was able to attend the excursion, but the tour itself started approximately 45 minutes late. Because of the delay, they had to leave early to avoid missing another tour that had already been scheduled. While I understand that companies have cancellation policies, I believe there should be some flexibility and compassion for circumstances that are genuinely beyond a customer's control, especially travel disruptions like delayed luggage. Instead, we were met with a strict policy and no effort to work with us. To make matters worse, the company did not hold itself to the same standard of punctuality that it expected from its customers. When you're visiting Venice for a limited time, every minute matters. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Great experience. Our tour guide was awesome, and made the tour fun and entertaining at the same time!

Terrible. We are here at San Marco piazza. No one wearing Crown t shirt. My son and I called what’s app number & messaged them. There was no reply. STAY Away.
