Very well oriented and worth keeping calm at the beginning. In the end the experience is very worth every effort.
Dive point away from the center (1h from van). Old, muggy van. Dive from baptism, about 25 minutes only, large group and beginners, little marine life. Entrance to the sea of difficult access. Little structure at the support site.
We booked but due to the temperature it was cancelled but not refunded and communication with the agency is very difficult
It is chevere however in the announcement comes out that it is for diving between corals and statues and in my particular case there was no statue on the tour that was done, it was really just diving and already. One fish or another
We booked this beginner scuba diving experience in Colombia and found it to be just okay overall, mainly due to several mismatches between the listing and the actual experience. The activity description stated that there would be an English-speaking guide available. However, when we arrived, there were no English-speaking guides at all — everything was conducted in Spanish. Since my partner and I only speak English, this made us feel uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe because we couldn’t fully understand the instructions or what to expect. The listing also mentioned submerged statues as part of the dive, but there were no statues during the experience, which felt misleading. There were also extra costs that were not disclosed in the listing. Photos required an additional payment, and there was also an extra charge for insurance, neither of which were mentioned beforehand. Finally, the experience was advertised as lasting three hours, but from pickup to drop-off everything was completed in about 1.5 hours. While the dive itself was fine, the inaccurate listing details and lack of English support significantly impacted our experience. More transparency and accurate information would go a long way in improving this activity. Also, please carry a bug repellent as the location had a lot of mosquitoes.
They are very attentive, serve well and inform customers well. The tour is worthwhile, important for attention to the instructions.
At first I did not like the instructions because they were in Spanish and the instructor spoke too fast, the equipment very bad for those who do not have experience in diving, since the diving was for beginners. At the end of the dive we waited an exact hour to get us back to the hotel and still gave a total round of the island without consulting us which took even longer. Also the photos sold were very general, did not identify anything specific of this tour.
It was well organized , I was made to feel at ease, safe and comfortable , transportation was arranged easily .
