Our host chef, Lionelo (?), was great! Fun way to spend a few hours and quite a decent meal to end it off. Would’ve appreciated more air conditioning in the space, and more wine served throughout the event.

Our class with Carlotta was so much fun! We went as a family of 4 including two kids ages 13 and 11. Everyone was able to work independently and keep the pace that Carlotta worked at easily. We all had a ton of fun and thoroughly enjoyed eating our hard work afterwards. Since the class we have sadly returned home, but my 13-year-old has been able to recreate her fettuccine twice already completely independently and has declared she no longer wants any other type of pasta! My 11-year-old son and I recreated the tiramisu yesterday and it is hands-down our favourite version. Do not hesitate to book this class, it will be something everyone involved remembers (and enjoys!) for a long time after your trip is over.
