An overpriced collection of mainly kitchy attractions with occasional fun amenities that take for ever to enjoy for 2 mins or a fortune to skip the line.
The Hotel and food were excellent with a good variety of food and a clean room the shower at Hotel Cheyenne was over a bath with a curtain . The meals we booked on the first and last night were excellent with a good variety of food and great staff. The meals we had on the second evening was awful the pudding was Burnt and then the waiter blamed me even though I obviously didn’t shove it in the microwave! Very upset with the food an attitude Don’t go to Walt’s Restaurant!
To begin with, both parks are really beautiful. You can't say anything wrong about that, you will have to look for rubbish on the ground. What is less is that no matter where you go to get a drink, especially around midday or later in the day, the drink is quite lukewarm. If you go through the park on summer days, you want something cold to drink and not a lukewarm drink for which you pay a premium. The food isn't great everywhere either, or you say wow I ate well. The shows and parades are really recommended, but keep a good distance from the gate and don't give any space away because if you blink once, people will be in front of or among your own family. The long queues are not as bad as they look; you have to try the top attractions either very early or around mealtime, then they are short, but otherwise an hour is nothing. The downside is when you are in long queues and the days are warm, so you are out in the sun, so something to drink in the queue is not a luxury. Sometimes there are some malfunctions at attractions, but that is usually quickly resolved. More beautiful experiences for the kids, but they are long days to see everything in 2 days.
2 day ticket allowed us to go between both parks very easily. Great way to do it all. Makes planning ahead of time easy.
We went to the Florida one a few years back but with this one being cheaper/closer we were very excited to try it! We were not disappointed at all and in some ways preferred this one. The shows we watched were very good, some of the rides here were better, like their it's a small world. The food was better at this one too. It's also very handy how you can walk between the two parks too. The staff on the rides were mostly friendly, especially one gentleman on the tower of tower who was so lovely to my daughter when she got a bit scared. Yes you do queue up but the rides are worth it and it doesn't feel like you queue up for long. If you're claustrophobic you might not like the queuing up as you are all very close. The only other slight criticism of the park are the toilets, there needs to be more and they need to be cleaner, it's not good enough for the price you pay. You expect to queue for the rides but not the toilets! Also top tip: the park opens at 9.10/9.15 which is worth noting as it says 9.30 online but I think they just let people in early which is good for heading straight for a ride!
Very good park with good themes, the atmosphere is respected, but some attractions are not doable for larger people
Recommended, really nice and fun place
3 day multi park tickets the castle is under construction and parades were shorter or cancelled due to extreme hot weather even the train wasn’t running still had a good time but definitely not the same experience as usual. They had water spraying from hoses which felt like the Florida park.
Had an amazing time as a family of 4. My son going on the thrill rides my daughter more the ‘Small World’ style. The character shows certainly worth a watch, we were lucky to meet Minnie mouse in a quiet area near thunder mountain so little queue time, Mickey coming to the hotel. Cascade of lights (drone show) was amazing went back a second time. The castle display was nowhere near as good in comparison. We booked to see Elsa and Anna which was a really good experience and one of the highlights. Food and drink expensive and limited within, the village much better. We also ate at the Toy Story hotel buffet (not worth the money and would recommend the village). We got on so many rides, fun had by all ages. Would recommend and return. Thanks Disney.
Lion King show was great Bravo to all the actors in the show Thanks also for the availability of the employees
