Disneyland Park Paris è un regno magico dove le fiabe prendono vita. Inaugurato nel 1992, è il cuore di Disneyland Paris e presenta cinque terre incantevoli: Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland e Discoveryland. Ognuno offre attrazioni iconiche come il Castello della Bella Addormentata, Pirati dei Caraibi e Star Wars: Hyperspace Mountain. I visitatori possono incontrare gli amati personaggi Disney, godersi parate e spettacoli spettacolari e sperimentare il fascino e l'immaginazione che rendono Disney unica.
Walt Disney Studios Park sarà trasformato in Disney Adventure World dal 29 marzo 2026. Questo parco è dedicato alla magia dei film, dell'animazione e dell'azione dietro le quinte. Inaugurato nel 2002, presenta aree tematiche come Worlds of Pixar, Marvel Avengers Campus e Toon Studio. Gli ospiti possono entrare in mondi cinematografici con attrazioni come Ratatouille : The Adventure, Avengers Assemble : Flight Force e The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Spettacoli dal vivo, incontri con i personaggi e set immersivi danno vita all'arte del cinema, rendendola un'esperienza emozionante per gli amanti del cinema di tutte le età.

The bus transfer was excellent from arriving at the pickup point at The Pullman Hotel to drop off and pick up from Disneyland Park. We had a wonderful day at Disneyland and highly recommend a visit while in Paris. The duration of our stay included in our tour at Disneyland was perfect.
Park is beautiful. Rides are a little different from Walt Disneyworld, we really enjoyed the difference. If you only have a day you should bye the premier pass in advance, it will save alot of time.
Stress free way to get to and from Disneyland Paris. May not be the most economical way but if you want convenience this is a good route to take. I would say allow yourself time to get from the parks to the bus since it’s a 10-15 minute walk. We struggled locating the bus because the parking lot is not well marked. It would have been great if there were a later bus because we weren’t able to see the fireworks show. Overall, good experience.

Great got tickets through this company when everyone else sold out was busy day at parks but still enjoyed it

This was by far the **worst tour booking experience I have ever had**, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this service. The most unacceptable part is that **the park opens at 9:00 AM, yet this tour only departs from Paris at 9:00 AM**. As a result, you do not arrive at the park until around **10:00 AM**, which means you lose the **most valuable and least crowded hour of the entire day**. Anyone visiting Disneyland knows that the first hour is the best time to enjoy the main attractions before the queues become extremely long. Losing this time completely defeats the purpose of paying for a timed tour service. To avoid this exact issue, I even **booked a hotel close to the park at my own expense** so I could enter early and make the most of my visit. Several days in advance, I repeatedly asked their customer support to provide my ticket earlier so I could go to the park by myself. Instead of helping, they kept giving different excuses and repeatedly told me that the ticket could only be issued on the same day. Even worse, on the day itself, I was told that the ticket service would arrive at **10:00 AM**, and I did not actually receive my ticket until approximately **10:30 AM**. This caused even more delay and frustration, wasting even more of my limited time inside the park. The customer service was **extremely unhelpful, poorly organized, and highly disappointing**. Their communication was inconsistent, their support was ineffective, and the overall handling of the situation showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and plans. I would **not recommend this service to anyone**.

First of all, our customer service provided you with proper support at all times, informing you that the tickets could, exceptionally, be sent via WhatsApp, but only on the same day of the tour. On the other hand, you booked this service, so we understand that you were already informed that the package included transportation and that you were aware of the bus departure time to Disneyland. Finally, we have proof that the tickets were sent to you at 10:07 and not at 10:30, as you are stating. Arrangement of going to the park very well. It was quick and the instructions clear. On the way back we didn’t come back to them because we decided to stay in the park and then go on our own.

We had a great time. We had the 1 park pass and was quickly ushered into the wrong park by the ground staff. When we went to the gate they allowed us to change and added the 2 park pass at a greatly reduced rate. Win. Will definitely be back.
