La nostra cantina è specializzata nella sola produzione di Cartizze: la linea top di gamma del Prosecco, e i nostri vigneti sono a coltivazione biologica. Proponiamo una degustazione guidata dei nostri 4 spumanti, con dettagliata analisi sensoriale, per imparare a degustare un vino tramite un mini corso sommelier. Dopo la degustazione con abbinamento a stuzzichini dolci e salati, il nostro tour all'aperto vi permetterà di conoscere il processo di produzione e di coltivazione incontrando le viti centenarie del Cartizze, coltivate in regime biologico privo di prodotti di sintesi chimica.

Una nostra guida vi accompagnerà durante l'esperienza di degustazione che include una breve spiegazione del territorio del Prosecco con particolare attenzione alla sua Cru, il Cartizze. Seguirà un'analisi sensoriale di quattro vini Spumanti Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze : 1 calice di Cartizze BRUT • 1 calice di Cartizze DRY • 1 calice di Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 calice di Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. Si prosegue all'esterno con la visita alla cantina e al vigneto Bio dove verranno illustrati i metodi di vinificazione e alcune nozioni sulla cura del vigneto e sulla coltivazione BIOLOGICA. A beautiful experience, friendly and highly skilled staff, the tasting was accompanied by an engaging and very interesting explanation. I recommend this activity, which is a blend of taste and relaxation, immersed in the vineyards of the Pdc Cartizze winery. Congratulations to the staff.
PDC Cartizze — Cartizze Full Tour ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stumbled into this not knowing what to expect. Left with a box of Prosecco and a genuine education. The vibe is completely relaxed — no pretension, no pressure, just friendly people who know their stuff and enjoy sharing it. Our guide was great. In 30 minutes I picked up more about actually tasting and understanding Prosecco than in the past year combined. The selection is excellent. Tried several pours across the range and every one was worth it. We bought a whole box on the way out. Enough said. If you’re anywhere near Valdobbiadene, don’t skip this.

Tasting of prosecco and good appetizers, tour in the vineyard also very nice; the only flaw was little reception and so much coldness. The rest is fine.

Beautiful location and their Prosecco was very good, especially the Brut & Extra Dry. 4 wines in the tasting and a light lunch. Just felt that the wines were poured a little quick as we never finished the previous one before the next was poured.
We had a tasting on a cold and rainy day but with the warmth of your prosecco and the beautiful presentation that was made to us we warmed up. Thank you!!
