La cantina KARTAL è stata fondata come risultato della tradizione familiare e del profondo rispetto per il vino e la vite. La nostra missione è di continuare il legame tra la natura e l'umanità attraverso il nettare degli dei. La nostra cantina, che si trova a Skopje, la capitale della Macedonia, ha una piccola capacità di 100.000 litri all'anno, le più moderne attrezzature per la lavorazione e la maturazione del vino così come le uve accuratamente selezionate dei nostri vigneti garantiscono altissima qualità e piacere ad ogni caduta di vino. L'unione tra tradizione e scienza è una combinazione ideale che i nostri enologi hanno trasformato in perfezione. Questi vini ottimamente equilibrati, le loro caratteristiche tipo, le sfumature fruttate e l'amore devoto meritano la vostra attenzione. Ogni singola bottiglia che è stata accarezzata dal nostro staff migliaia di volte è stata testimone di cambiamenti di umore, raggiungendo le frontiere della mente, anni di duro lavoro, il superamento delle stagioni e il paziente ma costante raggiungimento dell'obiettivo finale.

Very interesting tour and tasting! The narrative and history was fascinating to learn. Highly recommend this tour.
A must if you're in Skopje! The brothers are extremly friendly and generous. They talk about wine with passion and great knowledge. The tour of the winery was interesting and the wines we tasted all were amazing, even better with the cheese platter. We had an absolutely marvelous time!

The visit to Kartal began with a tour and an interesting guided tour through the various stages from harvesting the grapes to the finished wine. After that, there was tasting of six different wines with a guide through the wine’s flavors and production / aging. A very rewarding visit recommended if you are in Skopje.
We enjoyed six delicious wines, each with its own story and flavor, paired with a fresh and generous tapas board. The two brothers were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing insights about their wines and local culture. I went with a friend of mine and to say that it was an incredible experience is an understatement! It was wonderful getting a deeper understanding of the wine making process as well as having the opportunity to sample some of the best Macedonian wines. Very highly recommend!
