This is a great tasting tour, and i learned a lot about the process of making sake and what different kinds of sake taste like.
We loved our experience with Eriko! Her knowledge of sake is amazing and exactly what we needed as first-time travellers to Japan. She allowed us to develop a nuanced understanding of the development of sake from the fermentation to drinking stages. Eriko said that her favourite part of the sake making process was the people. She is an amazing person and an excellent teacher. I could not recommend highly enough. Unbelievable value for money. Please book!
I was visiting my friend who lives in Tokyo and we booked Erika sake tasting. Not only does she have a passion for sake she’s got such a warm and inviting personality. We tasted about 20 different types of sake so I would say it was worth the money! She also recommended a nail salon in the area and helped me book an appointment since I don’t speak Japanese. After the tasting she walked us over to the nail salon. Although short I really enjoyed my time with Eriko! Definitely book her tour when you come to Tokyo.
This Sake tasting was so fun! Eriko is super passionate about Sake and has a very warm and fun personality. All of the Sake was super tasty, and she goes out of her way to accommodate personal taste. Even if you don’t typically enjoy Sake Eriko will cater to you and help you find something you enjoy. She’s also considerate with her pours, and consistently checks to make sure you’re comfortable with the portions. Overall this was a great event and is very worth checking out.
Thank you so much for joining the sake tasting and for your wonderful review! I’m truly happy to hear that you had fun and found some sake you enjoyed. One of my favorite things is helping people discover that there’s a sake out there for everyone—even if you didn’t think you liked it before! I always try to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere where you can relax, learn, and enjoy at your own pace. Your kind words mean so much to me, and I’m thrilled you felt taken care of. If you’re curious about sake or looking for a unique cultural experience in Japan, come join me on a sake adventure with SAKEriko Passport. I’ll surprise you! Kanpai, and hope to see you again someday!
