David had a lovely and clean vehicle with enough room for seven people. He picked us up on time (he was early), safely got us to our destination and returned us on time. We were very happy.

Booking the reservation, communication between the French private limo service and me discussing/texting detailed info before my flight to Europe, walking off the cruise ship in Saint Malo, finding our waiting driver, our driver’s promptness and helpfulness the entire trip—it was ALL perfect! I truly could not have asked for better, more professional service or communication. Would not hesitate to rebook through Viator.

Met promptly by David, our driver, in a large van. Gave excellent advice and how to self-direct our tour at Mont Saint-Michel and clearly spelked out the time & meeting place to reconnect with him post-visit. Very pleasant and efficient; highly recommend!

To visitors arriving by cruise ship be aware sea conditions often make tendering into shore not possible. We were on Oceania and the Captain decided to stay out to sea 1 hour before scheduled arrival/anchoring. Therefore our group of 6, at a total cost over $900 will not be refunded. This is not an uncommon occurrence here.
Dear Ellen, I understand your frustration that the boat couldn't stop due to rough seas. Nevertheless, I don't find it very elegant to post a review like yours, on a service that you haven't even used. If this situation is not your responsibility, it is not ours either. We were notified the same day at 11:00 am, 2 hours before the start of the service. We cannot refund clients 2 hours before the start of a service when the driver is scheduled so must be paid, vehicle prepared... Especially since our cancellation conditions are very clearly indicated. Nevertheless, we wish you a good continuation. Best regards
