Se riscontri un ritardo nell'uscita dalla dogana o non trovi il tuo autista, chiama la nostra linea telefonica 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Prelievo dall'hotel La prenotazione deve essere programmata 3,5 ore prima dell'orario di partenza del volo. Si prega di essere pronti all'ingresso dell'hotel o all'indirizzo al momento della prenotazione. Il tuo autista attenderà un massimo di 20 minuti. Se non riesci a trovare il tuo autista, dovresti telefonare alla nostra linea di assistenza 24 ore su 24 per ulteriore assistenza. In caso contrario, la quota che hai pagato sarà classificata come "No-Show". Nessun rimborso è possibile.

You're always ripped off. You never get picked up. Don't throw away your money I've already paid for take off via viator etc and it's always the same
Carlos_C, Debemos aclarar que esta reseña absolutamente no es una descripción justa ni precisa de nuestro servicio. Creemos en la honestidad y en la transparencia. En las recogidas en el aeropuerto ofrecemos uno de los tiempos de espera gratuitos más largos del sector: 1.5 horas, contadas desde la hora real de aterrizaje. En este caso, el conductor esperó casi 2 horas como cortesía, por encima de nuestra política. Normalmente, los pasajeros salen en aproximadamente 50 minutos, aunque puede variar por equipaje e inmigración. El tiempo de espera no puede ser ilimitado y cualquier demora relacionada con la situación de inmigración del pasajero está fuera de nuestro control. Tras ese tiempo, el propio cliente nos envió un mensaje por WhatsApp indicando que el conductor podía retirarse. Por ello, no es correcto afirmar que “nunca llegamos a recogerle”, y consideramos inapropiadas expresiones como “estafa” o “scam” cuando el conductor sí estuvo presente y esperando. Si fuera necesario, estaremos encantados de facilitar a TripAdvisor los registros de GPS, llamadas telefónicas y chats para respaldar estos hechos. Seguimos comprometidos con un servicio profesional, transparente y con políticas claras para todos los pasajeros.
The original driver allowed a second partner to drive me to final destination. I wish this driver would have been more communicative or show that as a tourist you were welcomed. Made it safe to hotel and do want to acknowledge that the original driver texted me in a timely manner and provided information on where he was going to meet.
