Il tuo autista attenderà un massimo di 1 ora e 30 minuti dopo l'atterraggio dell'aereo. Se riscontri un ritardo nell'uscita dalla dogana o non trovi il tuo autista, chiama la nostra linea telefonica 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7.

although we booked for 2, the capacity was 3-4. we had another person to travel with us and the driver would not take the person, first said yes and then no. there was room in the car!
Dear Ilene_B, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the reservation was confirmed for 2 passengers only. While the vehicle may have had additional seats available, the extra person was not part of the booking and was a stranger to the reservation. In addition, they requested to travel to a different location, which changes the agreed route and mileage. For insurance and liability reasons, our drivers are not permitted to transport unregistered passengers or change destinations without an updated booking.
