Per coloro che desiderano organizzare il prelievo all'aeroporto MCO di Orlando, il punto di prelievo designato sarà situato al Ground Transportation Level (livello 1), a seconda della compagnia aerea. Per semplificare le cose, abbiamo assegnato lo stesso numero di posto, 10, sia per il Terminal A che per il Terminal B, dove il posto del Terminal A è A-10 e quello del Terminal B è B-10. A wonderful, top notch private car experience from start to finish. Our driver, Orlando, was in communication with us starting the day before travel. He was at the airport extra early in case our flight arrived early. He came into the airport & met us and took our luggage from there. Orlando drove us to the front door of our pier. This car service is the best I’ve ever experienced. I will only use this service every time I’m in the Orlando area. Thank you!

Our driver, Johnny, was excellent! He met us at Orlando airport luggage carousel, helped with luggage and guided us to vehicle, new black surburban SUV. He was very cordial and friendly during our drive to Port Canaveral. My wife and I highly recommend Johnny if your looking for luxury ground transportation in the Orlando area.

We were suppose to have a luxury sedan, but ended up with a van that broke down on the way to the port. We eventually got picked up. Not a pleasurable experience.
I apologize, Alvin, but I have to admit that you were right about our luxury van picking you up at the Airport. It was a very busy day, and our driver chose not to change the van for the sedan because your flight arrived a few minutes earlier than expected, and it was already past 1 PM. He didn't want to risk being late for your pickup. Unfortunately, our practically brand new 2022 van experienced a breakdown halfway to the port due to a broken water hose, triggering a computer signal that shut the vehicle off to prevent further damage. Luckily, we were able to replace your ride in less than 20 minutes, and you ended up arriving at the port in a luxury SUV. Breakdowns can happen even in new vehicles. I sincerely apologize for sending a Sprinter instead of a sedan.
Great driver ,Pedro , helped find suitcases at airport, loaded in car quickly. Nice clean car drove safely and made sure the suitcases were at the reception desk before he left. We will definitely use them again. RDH
Jose was very kind, helpful, and polite. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was at the airport and made sure to carry our bags. I would love to have him on the way back to Orlando.

Superior service!! ATC was great communicating the entire time. Met us at baggage claim and helped with our luggage. Comfortable ride to our hotel. We highly recommend this service.
