Our driver arrived right on time. We had a comfortable ride from London Heathrow to Southampton cruise port. We had a small mix up and went to the incorrect cruise port (our fault), but were redirected and the driver took us to the correct port without any complaints. He was very friendly, loaded and unloaded all of our luggage. All round a pleasant journey at a fair price.
