Excellent experience from start to finish. The driver was waiting for me as soon as I landed at Barcelona Airport, which made the arrival process completely stress-free. They were professional, friendly, and helped make the transfer seamless. The ride to NH Sants Barcelona was smooth, comfortable, and efficient. I would definitely book this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable airport transportation in Barcelona.
The reservation was easy to make, communication was excellent, and Nomi was right on time. He was awesome, handled our extremely heavy luggage, and provided a very safe ride to our hotel. I would definitely use Comfort Pickups again.
I was charged and extra 30 euros which I paid for at the time I reserved the car just make sure you get a receipt
Wonderful communication! I set this up for my MIL who was meeting us in Barcelona. I had to be the in-between contact because MIL is technology challenged. They were able to pick her up & communicate with me! Very happy!

Driver was not at the airport when we arrived. We called carrier and it seemed as though they forgot about us. The representative gave us an excuse and called a driver in to pick us up. Driver was arrived in 15 minutes and was very nice. Representative said he would give us a refund for the inconvenience but I haven’t seen a refund yet
