Camminare attraverso un alto tunnel formato da un fiume di lava di 500 anni è un'esperienza incredibile e memorabile. Our Volcano National Park tour was amazing! Another tour company canceled at last minute, but we were able to get our private tour booked quickly. Our guide, Katelynn, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the stops we made, including Lili’uokalani Gardens and Rainbow Falls. Katelynn shared lots of history during our Volcano National Park tour, asked about our interests and hiking skill level, and brought us to the best viewing areas. She even shared her experience with a lava flow near her home. Overall, our trip to Volcano National Park was amazing. We would definitely book another tour with Katelynn again in the future!

Pick up was easy and timely. Don knew the best route and places to stop for photos and local treats/food. Transport was nice. Clean, and comfortable. Or guide knew a great deal about the islands and each of our stops.
Henry was incredible. He started the tour a few minutes early and we stayed ahead of the cruise ship excursion buses all day. Toured downtown a little then off to volcano natl park. We went all around the park including the lava fields on the back side. We finished the day walking through a lava tube
Horrible experience, our tour guide, Donald knew little about Hawaii and the places my family and I were visiting. It was very unprofessional, we were quite literally picked up in an unmarked minivan in a park and the thought occured to me that "we could be getting kidnapped right now and it would be this exact sitaution." Quite frankly the car smelled of something. He had no overall schedule and just did whatever. We went to a few place, most of the time was spent driving, and for the price, it wasn't worth it. I found that we would visit random and obscure places, we would chat for several minutes while standing there, then drive 45 minutes to the next place. He had about as much idea about what was happening as we did. It could've been $200 and still not worth it. Could've gone to the one or two cool places ourselves and saved a lot of money.
This was a private tour with the tour guide picking us up and dropping us off at the airport. We toured Hilo and the active volcano. The tour guide stopped at various stops (ones he knew and the ones we asked). He was very polite, patient, and very accommodating. He always dropped us off at the front entrances then parked his car. I highly recommend Donald M. when traveling to the Hawaii Big Island (Named Hawaii).

We had a nice tour with Dramma our tour guide. She picked us up very close to the port and gave us a nice tour of the Hilo area. The highlight was Volcanoes National Park where we arrived just in time to see a bit of lava flow. Dramma was super nice and gave an informative and interesting history of the area. Highly recommend!
