La crociera con cena al tramonto di 2 ore Quicksilver offre cinque opzioni di pasto principale. Costolette arrostite con aglio e rosmarino, Mahi-Mahi fresco con salsa di capperi al burro e limone, penne con salsa marinara al basilico tailandese fresco (opzione vegetariana), combinazione di cosce e cosce di pollo arrosto al barbecue e costolette di maiale affumicate kiawe. Per cominciare, insalata Caesar con crostini al burro fatti in casa, parmigiano grattugiato fresco e grissini caldi. I contorni sono riso al vapore con Shoyu e verdure saltate. Per dessert torta al cioccolato doppio strato e cheesecake in stile newyorkese.

The crew were amazing. Boat was very clean. We had seats in front and had a great view. We even saw a pod of whales…an added event! The food was absolutely the best. We had prime rib and it was prepared perfect. Definitely recommend this sunset dinner cruise.

My family had fun on this cruise. The food was pretty good and the drinks were flowing. The weather was cloudy so we didn’t get to see the sunset but we saw so many whales which was amazing. You would have thought this was a whale watching tour. There was an on boat photography if you wanted to buy professional shots but the views were also so nice for personal pics. My only critique was that the indie music didn’t fit the vibe of the cruise. We were hoping for some more upbeat music or Hawaiian songs. Overall this was a fun night out.
