Itinerario
La barca inizierà a navigare dopo il check-in dalla città di Assuan verso nord. Prima di pranzo ti verranno serviti degli spuntini. Poi un tour in uno dei bellissimi templi nel sud dell'Egitto, il tempio di Kom Ombo, la posizione sul bordo del fiume Nilo e l'alito fresco, tutto ciò che ti porta nell'antichità. Fu ricostruito durante il regno dei re tolemaici, Tolomeo VI e XIII e fu aggiunto in epoca romana. Il tempio è stato costruito dedicato al Dio Sobek (Il coccodrillo) dove potrai vedere la sua immagine sulle pareti del tempio di fronte a re e altri Dei e Dee. e la scena più famosa nel tempio degli antichi strumenti medici. Vedrai anche i coccodrilli mummificati nel museo dei coccodrilli dopo aver terminato il tour del tempio. Ritorno in barca per il pranzo, goditi la navigazione. Poi la sera si fermerà in una delle isole per scoprire la vita naturale degli abitanti del villaggio Cena in coperta e pernottamento in barca.
Il giorno 2) dopo la colazione, una carrozza a cavallo per visitare il tempio meglio conservato d'Egitto, il tempio di Edfu. fu costruito per il dio Horus. Il tempio fu ricostruito da durante il periodo tolemaico il 23 agosto 237 aC. ma la costruzione e la decorazione furono completate 167 anni dopo. goditi i suoi bei santuari decorati e le camere del tempio. Torna alla barca, goditi la navigazione durante l'ora di pranzo. pernottamento in barca.
Giorno 3) Colazione e check-out dalla barca, e guida verso la tua destinazione nella città di Luxor. Il tour di un giorno in mongolfiera e di lusso è un optional. Buon viaggio .

We didn't get to go , because we wanted to come on a Thursday night, which was the complementary offer, to us. On 2 separate occasions, we were told the rooms were sold out , for Thursday We observed the rooms and parking lot and the rooms were not sold out on Thursday My assumption is the hotel would rather have a paying customer than a loyal customer. Maybe revisit your offer, and change to Sunday night through Wednesday night

We did the 2day trip in a Dahabyia from Aswan to Luxor and had Samar as our tour guide which was amazing! We visited several temples such as Kom Ombo temple, Edfu temple and we got told many very interesting stories about culture and history, all the gods and kings of the past which was truly captivating. Was super nice getting to know Samar, always very kind and funny with infinite patience for our questions and doubts about Egypt, the culture, Islam, anything and everything! When we got to Luxor we even asked her to join us for the next 2 days while we explored the city - we saw together the Karnak, Luxor temple and museum, Valley of the kings and Habu temple. She even arranged for us to go on a felucca tour at sunset and walk in the suk, recommended restaurants and took us to a shisha bar! Was truly great, have no words to describe what an amazing guide and person Samar is and how much a part of our group she became! 10/10
During our family trip to Egypt, we stayed in Luxor for four days, of which two days were completely guided by Oxen of Egypt Tours. We visited the Valley of the Kings and the Valley of the Nobles on the first day. On the second day, we visited the Karnak and Luxor temples. We really enjoyed both days and learned a lot about this part of Egypt's history, because of our guide. She was so enthusiastic and had an amazing knowledge about all the sites (and her English was extremely good!!). We would really recommend her if you're planning to visit Luxor! Also, the extra aspects, such as the alabaster shop, were a good addition to the tour she offered us.
We can truly recommend Samar as your Guide for Luxor. No single issue, from organizing and communication to the actual experience! She is absolutely great 12/10!!! Thank you! We had two guided tours with her - one for Karnak and Luxor Temple, one for Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Valley of the Nobles. She was the most friendly and perfect guide, so eloquent, knowledgeable and witty, in perfect English and always with a smile! We went at our own pace and had enough time to look around, enjoy and take photos. It was absolutely great!
Samar was one the best guides we had in Egypt. She was very informative, passionate about her job and quite friendly with us. Besides our guided tour, we had a great time talking about our cultures and tradition. We highly recommend choosing them for you days in Luxor!
First, I would like to mention SAMAR MOHAMED who had been very kind and helpful with any of our questions or tips we needed. She was extremely prompt at communications and lending help any time you needed her, which made us feel rest assured and confirm the booking without further ado. She even kindly helped us with other queries and pointers about our travel within Egypt which were outside the scope of this booking. This tour we had easily became one of our most memorable day in Egypt. At the end it wasn't just some photos and memories we carried back but a very insightful experience. Highly recommended if you are looking for classy experience at nominal price!
Where do we even start? Samar was our tour guide for two days in Luxor booked through Djed Travel. We toured the temples of Luxor and Karnak one day, and the second we toured the Valley of the Kings, the Valley of the Nobles and finally the temple of Medinet Habu. Samar was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves all things ancient Egypt. I can’t say enough good things about her. She also gave great advice about timing in order to avoid the crowds as well as which tombs were the best to see. I only wish that we had more time to spend in and around Luxor as there is so much to see. You will not regret booking a tour with Samar!! We so much enjoyed getting to know about her personally as well. We hope to one day return.
Samar was an amazing tour guide, she had a great extent of knowledge and made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Samar as a guide for all of your Luxor needs. We visited the Karnak & Luxor temples along with Valley of the Kings & Nobles, and the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut. Samar made the tour easy, and enjoyable for us all. It was so perfect our 12 year old son who loves ancient Egyptian history was so engaged. We had a great time with her!
