We did a 11 days Java-Bali private tour (Yogya, Bromo, Ijen, Bali)- not exatly this one advertised here, but similar. They have several different tours on offer on their website, you can chose and customize according to your interest. I would highly recommend to check the different programs beforehand, if they really suits you and chose accordingly. The tour is very tiring, lots of travel, early morning (and night) programs, but this is the only way how you can do Bromo and Ijen blue fire (which I highly recommend-though it is physically very demanding). Be prepared for traffic jams in some parts of both Java and Bali. Booking went smoothly, we were picked up as promised, hotels were from OK to nice, we enjoyed the food. The only reason why we rate it not 5, but only 4, because we think more information would be needed (both beforehand when preparing for the tour and also during the tour).
