Da Yogyakarta: Bromo Sunrise & Vulcano Ijen con Bali Drop-off

The experience was very good, to be honest. We achieved the objectives of seeing both volcanoes, Bromo and Ijen. We liked everything a lot. With Ardhan, the driver, everything was very easy. He is very kind and helpful, super polite, always with a smile and helping us with everything; he is amazing!! Always very punctual and everything was correct. On the day of Ijen, it rained heavily, and since we returned soaked, it helped us a lot!! Thank you!!! It is a bit complicated to spend these almost 3 days without sleeping, because the first excursion starts at 2am and the second at 11pm (we hardly slept at all last night), but it is worth it. The hotel in Bromo was quite humble, and the one in Ijen was quite good. What we did not like was that since they had to drop us off in Bali, and there was a long line of cars, they put us on a very shabby boat, with no available seats, that was moving at a snail's pace; I am not sure, but I think the trip took about 2 hours: since we were extremely tired from practically not having slept that night, that trip was tough for us (I think the cost of that trip was 0.30€... yes, cents).

Fantastic experience thanks to Atok, who was very kind from the first day until the last second spent with us. He was at our complete disposal and even though we wanted to offer him something, he always refused, showing himself to be very professional.

We had a wonderful 3d2n trip to Mt Bromo and Mt Ijen. Everything was super well organized and we did not have to care about anything. But the best thing was truly our guide Yune, who really made this trip special by taking care of us so well and teaching us so much about the country, its culture and the nature we were traveling within. The only thing that might leave some room for improvement was the hotel where we stayed near Mt Bromo.

We booked a 3-day tour (Yogyakarta–Bromo–Ijen–Bali) and had great experiences. Our guide, Ahtok, was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He knew almost everything we as tourists were interested in and always helped with absolutely everything. He was also always present well in time. Top service! Definitely recommended!

*Sope a.k.a Pokémon was such a ray of sunshine he had the best positive energy and made the group feel comfortable & happy! He gave clear instructions, watched over us and made us feel safe. I went solo and was worried I would struggle with the hike but it was totally fine because I was surrounded by positivity. He was explained the history of the volcanoes really well too. The driver was also lovely and welcoming. If you’re worried about doing the hike don’t be ! You’ll be well looked after and if you really struggle they will even pull you up on a buggy! A must to xxx

I had a great trip with Brian as my driver and guide for Bromo while Qim Qim was my guide for Ijen. Request them both if possible as they are very personable and extremely great at what they do. Come with an open mind and adventurous spirit for the accommodations available near the volcanoes. Both volcanoes in good weather are an amazing sight to see.

This experience was worth every penny. Imam was an incredible driver and guide; there was four of us in the car and he made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and well informed the whole trip. He walked us all the way to the ferry gate and ensured our driver for Bali had contacted us prior to departing Java. He is super knowledgeable of the areas you travel through and knows all the best spots to go. We did this two weeks ago and we are still talking about how amazing it was.

This is absolutely fantastic trip and driver was so friendly, helpful and try to meet your expectations as much as possible, so I highly recommend this.

The bookings were picked up at shattle at 3:00 a.m. and the jeep was ready, watched at sunrise, the dough was shaking on deck. But the cold was treated when I saw sunrise. It's just that it's a mancet on the road toward point sunrise, actually if a neat parking lot can pass through. After that we go on to the sand, breakfast photos and the sons there. Next time dolan again there ya. Get an office team.
