Book this company! Exceptional service from start to finish. Booked online, they confirmed immediately via phone and stayed in touch via email and text. Drivers were 10 minutes early and it was raining. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent crew to work with...our hotel water taxi was scheduled to start our way to the airport....he was waiting at the appointed time....clean, pleasant, prompt...everything you could ask for.

Transportation from point to point was successful. The captain of our water taxi was absolutely awesome. I wish I had gotten his name. We then transferred to the vehicle that took us to the airport. This portion of the trip was less than satisfactory. Our driver, Stefano, was impatient and fairly negative towards our elder family members. He actually pushed one of our members to get her to move into the van faster. He was on his cell phone, talking the entire drive to the airport and showed no courtesy at all to the passengers. He complained a lot!!

When your water taxi is 30 minutes late for an airport transfer, that is unacceptable. I do not accept traffic on the canal as that is something to be considered beforehand. Most transportation would plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early in case of traffic or problems.

Driver was on time & picked us up & helped with the luggage. Price was 150 Eoros. The ride took about 30 minutes and you are left off with a 20 minute walk to the terminal itself. Since we had a lot of luggage, we hired a van( there are several right there by the water taxi drop off) for 20 euros & in 10 minutes we were in the air terminal.

Both Water Taxi Pick Up Driver from Rialto Bridge & transfer to Vehicle Driver to Airport were most friendly & professional...made our transportation process much easier, especially our first time from Venice to Airport

This company was amazing. We needed to be picked up from our hotel at 2:30am so we could get to the airport. They contacted up the night before to confirm and were on time and courteous. Couldn’t recommend a better provider for getting to and from the hotels in Venice. Well done!!
