Our driver never arrived at 12:00. He said he was going to cancel on Viator. He has yet to do so. I want my refund immediately.

It was a very smooth journey. I didn't know how long it would take for immigration, so I set up a pickup time a little later, but they picked me up an hour earlier to accommodate my flight.

Mohammed called when we arrived in Tangier to let us know he was there. He is friendly and professional and his car was very comfortable for our 2.5 hour trip to Chefchaouen. He called our hotel on arrival to let them know we were nearly there and to get best directions. We were in very safe hands . Thank you!
