Communicative- had WhatsApp check-ins and confirmations from booking until day of, and only a little bit late on hotel pickup, but worth it for the convenience and comfort. Had a spacious bus, they don’t pack it crazy full, with several bathroom stops. It would be nice if they let you know how many bathroom stops and rough times when you get on, but drivers don’t speak much English. A little fast on the driving which was rough on hairpin turns through the mountains, but it seems like a reliable service to get to several towns.

Great service. Professional and on time. Very easy to use. Pick up and drop off right at your hotel which is super convenient with all your luggage.
We used their transfer service twice, Once for a shared transfer to do Rio-Paraty and then for Paraty-Sao Paulo with a private car. Quite disappointed with the shared transfer which departed late and made a very lengthy detour as the other passengers were not headed to Paraty. We were not informed of this and of the impact on the journey time. The private transfer was much better, with a very comfortable car, and a great driver who gave us flexibility for stops along the way.

Punctual and convenient Service: the driver picked me up close to my accommodation. The seats are comfortable and everything went very well. Very good value for money!

On-time hotel pick-up in Rio, safe travel on the way and reliable drop-off to your destination hotel in Paraty
Well organized, punctual pickup, good driver. Traffic jams and roadworks are also in Rio. But watch out: for the return transport from Paraty to Rio at 8:30 in the morning, TripAdvisor writes that the pick-up at this time, contrary to the pick-up at 12:30 noon, would not be at the hotel in Paraty but at the "meeting point" (? Paraty Tours Office?). This info is incorrect, pick up lt. Office Paraty Tours and hotel also always at the hotel. Be sure to confirm the pick-up location before returning from Paraty Tours itself!

This is not a direct transfer to Paraty as announced. It has multiple stops which made the journey to be almost 6 hours long! In addition, the journey began with a 1 hour delay. The journey was made in a bus, not in a van/ shuttle as pictured, and the safety conditions of the bus are almost non: there were bags stacked in the seats, as there wear no space for bags in the truck of the bus.

Definitely a better way to go than by bus. It’s a fairly long drive and the van with ac is better and faster.
