Da Paphos: gita di un giorno alle Terme di Afrodite e alla Laguna Blu (Akamas)

Il programma prevede due emozionanti viaggi: un viaggio in autobus e poi una crociera in mare su una nave. Vedremo un paesaggio naturale unico, che forma grotte marine. Andiamo in un piccolo giardino ombreggiato, dove si trova una grotta dal nome romantico: il Bagno di Afrodite. Altra tappa è il villaggio di pescatori di Latchi, dal cui porto proseguiremo il nostro viaggio in nave verso la laguna blu.

Nel giardino ombreggiato c'è una grotta dove l'acqua scorre lungo un muro di roccia e forma una piscina tra il muschio. È qui che la leggenda dice che Afrodite sarebbe venuto a fare il bagno. Secondo la mitologia greca, incontrò il suo amato Adone in piscina quando si fermò a bere qualcosa mentre cacciava. Questo è patrimonio mondiale dell'UNESCO.

Fantastic trip and well worth the money! It was a very hot and humid day but the coach was had air conditioning which was a life saver. The tour guide Ana was very helpful and had lots of facts about the stop off locations at the shipwreck and Aphrodite baths as well as lots of information whilst driving through Paphos. She gave lots of recommendations and lunch was delicious! The boat trip to the blue lagoon was fantastic, the boat was very clean and had everything we needed including a slide! Water was crystal clear and such a lovely spot to swim and see the fish! Cannot recommend this enough and is a must when visiting Paphos!

A long,but brilliant and varied day trip.Aphrodites Bath,then quaint Cypriot village visit for midday food then onto 2.5 hour boat journey to Blue Lagoon which was immense. Our guide Anna was fantastic,very knowledgeable,funny,helpful and probably one of the best tour reps we have had,and we’ve done a lot of these trips.

Great trip, long time on coach, too many pick ups. But well organised,, all the staff were amazing, but we would suggest another snorkelling spot would be better than as much time in Polis. Overall the blue lagoon was worth the trip. Great value for money.

Me and my family went on this trip and what can I say! Absolutely fantastic! Such a well organised trip and we were fortunate to have the English tour guide Anna who was helpful and so knowledgeable throughout. Also the coach driver was great! Deffo book this trip! And if anyone is worried about Cyprus, it is as safe as it’s ever been, don’t be put off and get it booked.

Yesterday’s trip was far more than I was expecting – I had assumed it would simply be a boat trip with a swim stop, but it turned into a full, really enjoyable day of exploring. We had a couple of really nice stops as part of the coach journey, including the Edro III shipwreck and the dramatic Sea Caves, which were stunning to see up close. We also stopped at Aphrodite’s Baths, which added a lovely bit of local myth and scenery to the day. The lunch stop was another highlight – not included in the price, but very reasonably priced with genuinely delicious food. It was one of those places you wouldn’t necessarily find on your own, so having it recommended made a big difference. Our guide, Anna, was fantastic throughout – knowledgeable, friendly, and really kept the day flowing well. Both she and our driver were excellent, even when the air conditioning decided to misbehave on the drop-offs. They handled it all with good humour and patience, which made a big difference to the experience. Overall, it felt like really good value and a much more varied day than expected – a great mix of scenery, short stops, food, and time on the water.

Great trip. The kids loved the swimming in the blue lagoon. The other stops are just taken stops but still enjoyed it
