Tour guild was amazing he was super helpful and kind. The island was beautiful with much to do but the food unfortunately was not the best. Pasta was undercooked and the meet was not edible. But the overall experience was amazing
I was met by Giuseppe at the port where I was given the ferry tickets and the voucher for the pre booked lunch on ischia. The ferry was smooth. Lunch was in the next town from the port at a lovely sea side restaurant. A great way to spend the day. You could explore the island by bus or taxi but I chose to walk around a bit. A bit warm but nice.
It’s a good trip if you want to explore entirely on your own. That worked well for us. Unfortunately the event was somewhat disorganized. We did not receive one of the lunch tickets as promised. The restaurant did follow through and fixed it. Beware that the lunch included is only very few specific menu items which is not advertised.
We had a lovely day in Ischia, a very scenic island. The experience itself is meeting a guide at the port, who has arranged the ferry tickets and then booked a meal. The booking at the restaurant meant we had to be in a certain area at that time. The meal options were very limited (a choice of 2 things per course) and the service was only average, so a little disappointing when there were lots of other restaurants in the vicinity. To be honest, arrange this yourself if you want to have more flexibility, as it's not a guided tour.

We provided assistance before departure to secure your seats on the hydrofoil, guiding you right to the boarding area. We are sorry that the lunch was not to your liking, but the value for money of the package is certainly excellent, as confirmed by many of our customers. We still hope you had a pleasant day
I was disappointed in the communication with the client. My booking stated to report @8am to receive my tickets. On the day of the trip, I reported as it directed to the pier however, I was informed by a young g male employee the trip meeting time was changed to 11:30am departure. The client indicated they sent a message on WhatsApp the day before which I be we received. No call or follow up was attempted by the client to ensure I was updated on the new meeting time. Very unprofessional!!! This threw off my entire day as we planned our day based off my initial booking. We now had to wait three in a half hours at the pier with a 8 year old. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! The lunch included in this package at La Baja Del Clipper was very good and tasty. Our only issue was the limited of choices they gave us. For instance lunch was either Spaghetti with Clams or Spaghetti with Red Sauce. Second Course was either Fried Calamari or Meat ( Which turned out to be Pork in white sauce) and the beverage was either Wine, Coke or water. Other than the limited of choices I would return to this restaurant on my own with an expanded menu. Lastly, each ticket cost $93 which did NOT included a Guide Tour. So essentially you’re only using them for the tickets and lunch. On my next visit I will not use this company. Instead, I will go straight to the Ferry Terminal purchase the tickets for each for a cost of $20 and get lunch at my own restaurant.

A message was sent to your WhatsApp chat the day before your excursion, and it is still visible. Furthermore, the tour was not rescheduled — your departure was set for 11:00 AM, as clearly stated on your voucher. The lunch included in the package consists of three courses, 1/4 liter of water, and a soft drink, making it a plentiful meal that no one has ever complained about. As for the guided tour, it is not mentioned anywhere in the tour description. What is included is assistance in the morning, during which we provide you with your tickets — this means you didn't have to wait in long lines, and we guaranteed your spot. We kindly invite you to read all the details more carefully next time to ensure you are fully aware of what you are purchasing. It would be quite difficult to find both hydrofoil tickets and a reserved lunch at the same price when booking everything independently. Thank you anyway for choosing to travel with us.
We spent a pleasant couple's holiday in Ischia, organized thanks to the support of the agency friendly and helpful. recommended experience! Among the restaurants proposed for lunch we chose the Bay of Clipper for its panoramic position.

Great experience! The package is super comfortable: return ticket with lunch included, everything organized to perfection. Ischia is beautiful and worth a visit of at least one day if you are in Naples. Lunch was great, full meal with hearty dishes and choice between a meat and fish menu. A relaxing and successful day, definitely to be redone!

Do not book this tour. The price is high for what you can actually book yourself. The lunch is poor, with tight timings also given, making it harder to make your lunch on time. The lunch includes a very limited dish selection.
We loved our trip to Ischia. The tour company booked our SNAV boat tickets and made a reservation for us at a restaurant on the island. Their meeting location instructions and lunch instructions were great. However, we would have liked to have had more flexibility with our lunch reservation. It put a wrinkle in our day as we had to get to the restaurant at a specific time by bus and carve out the time to do so. We had to purchase bus tickets in addition to finding the schedule. It shortened our Castello experience and then left us with little options as the whole island shuts down for lunch between 2 and 4pm. We sat on a park bench for a couple of hours then had to race into the shops before our boat left at 5:30. If you go- shop first, eat then go to the castle.
