Dall'altra parte del ponte sul fiume Han, si trova un hotspot culinario che scopre i veri eroi del cibo dei più deliziosi street eat di Da Nang. Unisciti al nostro tour gastronomico dei ristoranti locali di generazioni, con ricette di famiglia strettamente sorvegliate, lanciando i loro wok alla griglia come colpi del crepuscolo. Alcuni sono così bravi che sono arrivati alla lista Michelin (qualcosa che l'audace vicino della città Hoi An deve ancora raggiungere). Dai vermicelli filanti con carne di maiale marinata, alla carne macinata avvolta in foglie di piper lolot. Preparatevi per pollo com gà arrosto con riso alla curcuma e torta di riso al vapore condita con scaglie di gamberetti secchi all'arancia. Ci sgranocchiamo la zuppa di tagliatelle alla torta di pesce, e le vongole al vapore con la citronella, lavorando le nostre bacchette sopra gamberi bianchi e pesce coniglio alla griglia. A great way to get yr bearings around locsl Vietnamese delicious delacacies & bites! Stephanie was friendly & full of interesting foodie facts & info. Thoroughly enjoyable but come w an empty stomach😁
Stephanie was a little goldmine of info! Historical facts, fun food stories & loads of great Vietnamese food & snacks. Stephanie had great english skills & a good sense of humour. We had SO much food & such a good time! Be prepared & come hungry! Great tour!!
My husband and I recently joined A Chef’s Tour in Da Nang and had a fantastic experience. We were lucky enough to have a private tour, which meant we could take our time, ask plenty of questions, and learn much more about the local food culture. Our guide, Stephanie, was warm and friendly. As well as introducing us to some really tasty dishes, she shared interesting insights into daily life in Da Nang, how the city has changed over the years, and what it was like growing up in nearby Hoi An. Over the course of the evening, we visited everything from roadside stalls to casual local eateries and family-run restaurants, sampling an impressive variety of regional specialities. Some of my favourite dishes included the delicate clam broth, juicy grilled prawns, noodles with grilled pork and rich peanut sauce, and sticky rice topped with minced pork. If you're visiting Da Nang - particularly if it's your first time exploring Central Vietnam- I really recommend booking this tour. It's a really fun way to discover regional specialities, learn about the ingredients and cooking techniques behind the dishes, and gain a much deeper appreciation of the local food scene.
Well organized, lots of great food (we were all full by the end of the tour). Stephanie was amazing - she explained each dish, shared stories of the neighborhood and the various restaurants and was very friendly. Overall, a great experience to learn more about Vietnamese culture and food.
We had a great time trying so much local food. Stephanie was a fantastic guide and explained about the food, culture, buildings. We loved a few of the options so much we have done back again. It was a great way to see the city and try places we wouldn’t have gone to in our own.

The Chefs Tour with Vivian was exceptional. Over the years I have experienced a number of food tours and I have to say this is the best I have encountered. The food was plentiful but the highlight for me was the diversity of food. We tried things that you don’t come across at your local Vietnamese restaurant back in your home country. Vivian was also extremely knowledgeable and provided interesting commentary as we walked through the interesting streets of Da Nang. I would highly recommend this tour.
Even in the heat, the tour was a great experience. The spots we visited were definitely ones we would not have found on our own. It was a wonderful experience.
Guide was excellent . Stephanie was very informative about what I was experiencing with each plate to include some background about the establishments we were visiting . Above and beyond , she gave me some good insight on Vietnamese life/culture . Would reccomend tour !
An interesting tour through the back streets of the old town in Danang. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and patient. Huong guided us on a thoughtful well presented foodie night.
