Fantastic day out on the Red Route. Our driver Ceps was always on time, had great knowledge of the wineries and local areas and happy to share his tips for this trip and future visits!
Thank you! We had the best day! Cep had the best info, the 15 minute warnings were great too!
Lovely experience, ran on time, awesome time, great choice of vineyard to try, great vibe on the bus will do again.
Ceps was a really great guide, gave good recommendations both for wineries in the Yarra valley as well as other things to see and do in Melbourne as well, definitely made my day.
We were lucky to have Ceps as a driver he was very welcoming and his knowledge of the region was very helpful and educational. The day went like clockwork. Thanks for a great day.
Outstanding Day with friends, Supper friendly & Knowledgeable Tour guide, fully customisable stops and Great Value. Superb overall experience!!
Great experience! This was our second tour with HopIt (prior was Mornington Peninsula). Communication before and during the trip was excellent and the wineries were beautiful! Highly recommend the tour if you want a day out wine tasting
Sara was amazing and very considerate. She took a very good care for everyone. For me, I am a kind person of chocolate lover so she managed the time for me to visit the Chocolatier. Thanks a lot, Sara!
Jon provided exceptional service with WhatsApp reminders for each stop and good recommendations for different wineries. Nice driving too
My husband and I had a wonderful day in the Yarra with our absolute favourite vineyard being Coombe Estate. We would not have been to this treasure if it was not for the great Itinerary prepared for us by Hop On / Hop Off. It was the home of Dame Nellie Melba and really increased my interest in her. The young French sommelier at Coombe was so knowledgable and kind. We ended up buying 6 bottles of wine and have ordered another 6 since then. They are very reasonably priced. We had morning tea to soak up the generous “ tastings “ we were given. We had the best scones with freshly made jam and cream I have ever had. We would love to return here for lunch. The other highlight for us was “ Four Pillars Gin. “ The service was excellent and we did not feel out of place even though we are past “ hipster “ age. The sticky date pudding was scrumptious and needed to soak up the generous serves of gin. I had insisted we go to Chandon but we found the service lacking and it did have a lot of international tourists. The view was beautiful. We will definately use the service again when we go to Melbourne. My husband really enjoyed discussing food with our warm Welsh driver. Most people quietly dozed on the way back. The tour is suitable for people that may use a walking stick. I notified them previously and my husband and I were given the front seats. I was able to enter and exit the van without a problem , even after a few gins at our last stop :)
