I was surprised that i have to pay £30 entry fees which i wasn't aware of at the start. I prefer these extras could be added to the booking.
We purchased this guided tour to be able to visit Pamukkale and Hierapolis starting from Bodrum. The hotel pickup and transportation were handled well, the road was long (about 3.5 hours) but interspersed with some breaks, one in which the guide also provided us with a set for breakfast. Arriving near the Pamukkale natural park, the bus stopped at a large store (and workshop) where you could buy vases or jewelry made of onyx (everything had truly exorbitant prices). Once we spent about 40 / 45 minutes in the store, we left for Hierapolis. We arrived at about 10:30 AM and the departure time was scheduled for 1:30 PM. The archaeological complex and the travertine waterfalls were magnificent! We also went for a swim in Cleopatra's pool, a magnificent thermal water pool with collapsed columns inside, it is absolutely worth it! It's a shame we only had 3 hours to visit everything, the complex is huge and we had to do everything in a rush. Leaving Hierapolis we stopped, for another 45 minutes or so, at a local winery, where we tasted various products, it's a shame that the shop was a tourist trap with prices to say the least exorbitant! Final stop of the tour, a place where a buffet lunch had been prepared. The dishes were simple and poor, there wasn't much choice and the service was rushed, too bad. If there hadn't been the stop at the onyx shop and the winery (obviously inserted to try to squeeze out some money) we could have enjoyed the visit to the site with much more calm. For 2 people Guided tour cost €110 Hierapolis entrance cost €66 Cleopatra's pool entrance cost €30 Overall pleasant experience, but with some questionable choices.

We took this tour to be able to visit Pamukkale and Cleopatra's Pool, since there were no alternatives. The tour was managed as follows: at 4:35 we had our pickup time from our hotel, and after perhaps an hour and a half we changed vehicles, taking a much more comfortable bus. We had breakfast (offered by the tour operator, it consisted of a Turkish bagel with various spreads, e.g., hazelnut, jam, honey, etc...). Before arriving in Hierapolis, we stopped at an onyx statue/jewelry shop. We spent 3 hours in Hierapolis, visiting the ancient theater, Cleopatra's Pool, the museum, and the travertine terraces of Pamukkale. A wonderful place, without a shadow of a doubt, which we are happy to have visited but for which we would have liked more time available (considering that we had paid 15 euros each for the pool and 33 euros for Hierapolis). On the way back, before stopping to eat, we stop to taste a couple of fruity wines, aromatic oils, and sweets. After lunch, we return to Bodrum. We had Nur (I don't know if I spelled it right) as a guide, very cheerful and nice. The tour was pleasant, even though we felt (as others write in the reviews) the burden of doing two activities far from our interest and very much "tourist traps": the visit to the onyx shop and the wine tasting. The tour description includes the item "shopping," but we thought it referred to the souvenir shops that might be near the points of interest, not that we would stop at shops specifically to make tourists spend money. I don't know, it would have been an hour and a half that could have been dedicated more to Hierapolis, even if this type of tour operator strategy is not new to us. So overall pleasant but all things considered quite expensive for what it offered us.

Seeing Pamukkale and Hierapolis was one of my dreams, as an history passionate. Coming with this tour was the best choice for a solo traveller, because i could save money and get some precious information i couldn’t have alone. Special mention for our guide, Nur Sultan, wich showed and explain with the competence and the passion that only a person born there could have. Plus: she is very funny! Tour includes: Breakfast Good lunch (beverages extra) Wine tasting Entrance in Hierapolis, pools and travertines are extra, so i got the Aegean museum card, wich helped me save a lot of money in all the museum nearby southern turkey.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
The trip is definitely worth the journey, both Pamukkale and the Ancient Theater are very beautiful and well preserved. Personally, we would have preferred that the segments dedicated to precious stones/bazaar/wine tasting were drastically reduced or completely absent. Nur was an excellent guide anyway
Grazie per la sua recensione. Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente presto.
Great experience as a couple. The Bus had AC, the lunch was very good. But the Cleopatra Pool should have been included in the price, it is not worth 20 dollars. We also missed some extra time to visit the place. It was too short.
Thank you for your review. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
Very good trip and organization. 100% recommend.

First of all, this was my first experience having such a wonderful and enjoyable time, and of course, Pamukkale captivated us with its unique and historical atmosphere. We would also like to thank our guide, Ms. Nur, whose cheerful demeanor and sincerity added color to our tour and made this beautiful day even more interesting and wonderful. First experience, first excitement...

Great 12 hour day trip with early start. Breakfast and Lunch provided and Oscar the guide was excellent. The entire Heiropolis site was amazing with the theatre being the showstopping highlight. Well worth every penny.
