The Cotswolds are lovely. The four stops on the tour are all a bit different from each other so you get a range of experiences. Kat, the tour guide, was friendly and informative. Tom, the driver, was excellent. Booking at the Anderson Tours office was quick and easy. I'd certainly recommend this trip.
We had an amazing tour and really enjoyed every moment. The atmosphere was great, especially because the group was small, which made the experience much more personal and relaxed. Our guide Ales was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. He shared many interesting facts. The tour was very well organized, and there was plenty of time at every stop to explore, take photos, and enjoy the surroundings without feeling rushed.I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.
I was very upset when my trip was cancelled for Friday and I had to go on this one on Thursday instead . We have so many days to tour …. So I didn’t go to Burford (which I really wanted to go to ) and went to Broadway tower instead . Overall was great . Our driver was amazing and tour guide Ales was excellent. Comedian of note but very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done guys !!!
The trip was everything I was hoping for and our guide Ales was fantastic. Motor coach was great, on time and the driver was very professional.
Ales was great! We had a fun time learning about the history and seeing the sights!
The Cotswolds day trip from London is an absolute must-do. Bourton-on-the-Water, nicknamed the "Venice of the Cotswolds" was the best part of my trip. Low stone bridges arched over the remarkably clear River Windrush. Our tour guide Ales was cheerful and welcoming to share more about the places we visited. Definitely recommend.
The motor coach was incredibly uncomfortable. It was a new coach, but the seats are very narrow and the knee room was nonexistent. I am 5‘5“ tall and I could barely squeeze in the seat. You are on the couch for approximately 10 to 12 hours so comfort is of importance. Also, when you get to one of the main towns, you now have to park quite a distance and walk into the town due to local regulations. Most of the towns are very crowded. I would not recommend this tour.
Me and my family came to England for the first time and we found this amazing day trip to some beautiful small villages around the country. Our experience started and ended really well, since the beginning of trip our guide Ales was really polite, friendly and always on time. Each city we got a detailed explanation of the place and some tips about what to do. Such as a amazing trip and amazing guide.
Wonderful day and Eles by was great and provided lot of interesting history comments.
The tour was great. The guide was extra helpful as he picked us up closer to our hotel
