Travel was fine. Would have been nice to have been given a city map as we did not have internet access to use Google maps. Bus was nice with a bathroom since the travel Time was 2 hours each way. Much more affordable than the ship wanted for the same tour. Bordeaux was very walkable!

Great did self tour real hands off tour guide was helpful and not pushy!! Did transport and gave us free champagne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will do again
The coach bus trip from our cruise port to Bordeaux was perfect. It was a nice coach, with an onboard bathroom and was significantly less expensive than using the cruise provided option. Viator "contracted" the buses out with a local company who were on time for leaving and very well organized. Viator was also VERY responsive when we had a few questions of clarity about our meeting point at the port. Our only feedback would be to try to extend the amount of time we had in Bordeaux, if even for another hour. We had about 3.5 hours of time once in Bordeaux however another hour would have been great. We were back to our cruise ship with 3 hours to spare from its departure.

This Company is amazing. From start to finish communication was excellent . Unfortunately, Our cruise ship was not able to dock. Due to weather, so we missed the tour. Within an hour, (without even asking) we had a full refund coming our way. AMAZING.! Do not hesitate to book this company Thank you Vexperio!
I booked 2 of these excursions for a group of 20 senior adults. Transportation to Bordeaux on an airconditioned bus with a bathroom. Upon getting on the bus, we were told that the bathroom was not in service and a stop was made at a warehouse bathroom on the way. Halfway to Bordeaux, the air-conditioning failed. We were told if we were not on the bus by 4:30pm, the bus would leave without us. They had 4 hours to replace the bus. When we were boarding to return, the air-conditioning was still broken and the temperature outside was 104 and hotter on the bus. They apologized and after they were advised of the risk of heat stroke, found bottles of water for us. We were sweltering from the heat and the bus did not take off until 4:45pm, leaving us on the bus in unbearable heat. I reached out to Viator and the Tour operator more than 20 times before they agreed to a 20% refund. Last year we booked a HOHO bus in Barcelona with a boat ride only to find out there was a bus strike. When I reached out to Viator as they should have been aware of the planned strike, they refused my refund.

It was a great bus ride but the guy just provided a map of the pickup location. I understand it was Bordeaux on your own tour however he was not helpful or informative.

Interesting city! I was so impressed with how well the guides handled everything on this tour! Our guide was incredibly friendly and gave us so many great recommendations for things to do. I did self self-guided tour and I honestly wish I could have stayed for a whole week. Totally worth visiting — I can definitely recommend Vexperio! They even gave us wine refreshment!
