Our driver, Rahul, was a really good driver. He never used his horn once (a big deal in India), he stopped along the way for a break and kept the car at a nice temperature.

I can highly recommend this service. Our booking was confirmed in the morning before the flight and shortly after landing we received the information about the driver who picked us up 5 minutes later. The driver was very friendly and good and gave us some information about the sights we were passing. The car was clean and in a good condition. After reaching the hotel the agent of Viator even checked on us to make sure we arrived at our destination and everything was in order. We will definitely book this service again.
