The trip itself was very well laid out. Easy instructions. Well co-ordinated. However couple of things. The gardens should not have been open this late into the season. That's not on Viator, that's on the Keukenhof. The flowers looked ragged. I have been there before and it looked way more lush and welcoming. I would recommend but not this late in the season.

Visiting Keukenhof was truly unforgettable. The gardens were absolutely beautiful — every path felt like a postcard filled with vibrant tulips and incredible floral displays. I’m so happy we had the chance to go, especially because I was able to share the experience with my mom, who loves flowers. Seeing her enjoy the gardens made the trip even more special. This was a great way to get to and visit Keukenhof. The driver was prompt, professional, and informative. Comfortable ride and enough time to walk through the gardens.
We left at 12 o'clock on May 1 from Amsterdam station by bus and found a lot of traffic.We arrived almost at 14 and left at 16.40.On the pullamn we had audioguide in italiano.Troppo little time available.The gardens are beautiful but there 'too many people .Council to visit it in the morning and maybe independently or with the flexible return .To see absolutely

The inclusion mentioned canal Cruise with audio option but that is not clearly described. The tour kiosk refused to Provide the canal cruise. Also the directions to the tour office within centraal station is not clearly described and Google Maps took me on a wild adventure within the station. The garden tour was ‘ok’ since by early May almost all the tulips are gone. Go in April Instead.
