A 5 star two dive trip in Fujairah. From the transport offered in a comfortable MPV from Abu Dhabi driven by Taj to the exceptional service and professionalism of dive master Mohammed alongside Julia and the skipper of the boat. Thankfully the visibility was very good. Saw turtles, trumpet fish, parrot fish, lion fish and lots more. Surrounded all around several times by very large schools of fish. LOVED it. Mohammed took many pics and short videos of me diving which were promptly sent. Great to have them (I was the only diver on the trip, the others snorkelled, pics taken of them too.) Lunch served was decent. Plenty of hot tea on board which was an absolute godsend because you were cold when you got back on the boat. Highly recommend this 2 dive trip.

Great diving center. Would definitely recommend. We were picked up from Abu Dhabi early morning and taken to Fujairah by comfortable car. The diving is equipped by new and well maintained diving equipment. The instructor is knowledgeable and patient. I saw a lot of fishes, turtle and other marine creatures. That was interesting experience. Thank you.

That was excellent trip. The team was very friendly and helpful. The diving center has modern diving equipment, and has clean and new facilities (shower and toilet). I saw a lot of colorful fishes, turtle and moray eels. The transportation car was comfortable.

Do to a lack of clear instructions as to where to meet (Dates Market is a huge complex probably the size of 6 or more US football fields), the driver left without me. To his credit, he did try to call me on my US number, but I did not have local service. I tried to explain the situation to the dive company and requested a refund, but they blamed me for for not telling them I didn't have local phone service and declined my refund request.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to miss the trip, especially due to the confusion about the meeting point at the Dates Market. The Dates Market is indeed a large and complex area, and we regret that our instructions weren’t clear enough to guide you to the correct location. While our driver did attempt to reach you, we always require some form of telecommunication, whether through a local phone number, WhatsApp, or SMS, to coordinate with our guests and ensure a smooth pickup. It was out of our expectation that there would be no way to communicate, and we understand how this added to the difficulty of the situation. We apologize for any miscommunication and for not meeting your expectations in handling your refund request. Your experience has highlighted an area where we can improve, particularly in providing clearer instructions and better preparing for similar situations in the future.
Truly a one of a kind experience! Staff was extremely helpful and kind to us from start to finish. Communication was clear and increased the experience for our party. Our dive leader had excellent knowledge of the area and was professional and skilled. Saw several small turtles and 1 larger one, various types of fish and schools of fish. Boat was well equipped with drinks and relaxing area to catch our breath between dives. Once returned, crew was efficient in handling gear and having our lunch prepared. Food was excellent and plentiful. Entire experience was top notch run by top notch people.
