We were seated in the 2nd train car and after starting out on the tour everyone was complaining that we couldn't hear. Stopped near the pretty steps for pictures and they tried to fix the speaker but it wouldn't work. Then sat there longer and longer, no communication. Some people left and walked back. The driver then said they were bringing someone to help. Another employee got on and rode in the 2nd car and narrated the tour but she was still hard to hear and understand with her dialect. We made another 10 minute stop in the downtown and then finished the tour. Not worth the $25 per person we paid.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the technical issue with the speaker system in the second train car and for the lack of clear communication during the delay. We understand how frustrating it must have been to not be able to hear the narration and to wait without updates. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the replacement narration. We recognize how important it is for all guests to clearly hear and fully understand the information shared during the tour, and we will take this into account as we continue to train and support our team. Please know that your comments have been shared with our operations team so we can address these issues and prevent them from happening again in the future. We truly regret that your experience did not reflect the quality we strive for, and we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve.
Tourguide Su was excellent and a good singer too. A lot of information and attention for the guests. Also driver reacted very good when due to a party the road was blocked. Great tour in the historical centre.
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. We’re delighted to hear that Su made the tour memorable. We’re also glad our driver handled the unexpected roadblock smoothly to ensure your experience was seamless. We hope to welcome you back for more adventures soon.
Viator changed the time of this. tour from the morning to 6pm in the evening AFTER our cruise ship was to leave. We cancelled the tour on the basis of their guarantee and despite 3 email to confirm this they still charged us for the trip. Still trying to get our money back. Even more annoying given we booked another Viator trip in the morning which we went on. Would seriously question using them again the cancelation guarantee is not what it claims to be
Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. We include in our tour details and regulations a recommendation for cruise passengers to book directly through their cruise ship to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you have any questions or need assistance with a refund, please email us at Info@fb-tt.com. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the chance to improve your experience in the future.
I did this tour as an excursion thru a cruise. It goes slow enough so that you can take plenty of pictures. The guide is very knowledgeable. It is not air conditioned, but open air - there is a roof, so you are not completely in the sun. Go early morning or later afternoon rather than high noon. Pick up was right outside the ship. Drop off was next to the pontoon bridge, if you wanted to walk and shop OR right outside the ship
We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the trolley train and had the opportunity to experience the beauty of our city. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and I got to learn about a part of the history of Curaçao in a pink trolley. What else can I ask for? Not a long tour, but long enough to enjoy a beautiful part of Punda.
Nice tour. Not excessively long. Very friendly Dutch speaking guide. You get a lot of explanations about the capital and its buildings.
We zijn erg blij om te horen dat je een geweldige tijd hebt gehad tijdens de Trolley Train en dat je met volle teugen hebt genoten van onze gids. We hadden ook een geweldige tijd om je de stad rond te leiden.
It could have been great but our tour guide kept repeating the same information over and over. "This house is now a business"... So boring. Only got enthusiastic at the end when she spoke about the female governor. Surely an island that gas been populated for that long gas some interesting history? The houses were beautiful. If we visit again just going to do our own thing.
We are sorry to hear about your experience however appreciate your feedback. We will make sure to look into this and update where possible. We do hope to be able to welcome you at one of our other tours in the future again.
