Wonderful and exciting experience. We trained with the Master . Even as a beginner I managed to do some crazy stuff and have lots of fun. Definitely an experience to remember.

My wife and I wanted to experience taking a capoeira class during our week-long vacation and this did not dissappoint. While walking around the historic Pelourinho district we came across this school, were encouraged to come inside to see the place, and we signed up to take a class shortly thereafter. All of this was very easy. Once signed up, the organization communicated with us efficiently, making it clear what the expectations were and also explaining any logistics. The class started on time with an overview of the school, its history, and the style of capoeira. Shortly thereafter, they didn't waste any time guiding us through numerous movements. The instructor was firm yet attentive, providing correction to many of us beginners as we worked through the various combinations. The instructor's feedback was clear and explanations were very helpful. It was a warm atmosphere, with participants encouraging each other. We were all able to learn a lot of the core movements. We were then provided an opportunity tonapply them on one another towards the end of the class. It also ended up being a great workout. Capoeira cannot be easily described, so if you are interested I strongly recommend just taking this class to experience it for yourself.

It was a fantastic class! I learned I absolutely love capoeira and it is also very hard, I had such a great time and recommend everyone to try! There is incredible history of resistência at the school

Genuinely amazing!! Such a fun experience. Felt like I learned a lot, was a little challenged physically, and generally had a great time. My mom and I took the class and then stayed for the cultural night! Can’t recommend enough ✨

I had a really intense experience with the capoeira dance and the suggested carnival event afterwards. It is such a good memory of my visit to Salvador, Bahia. The host was very friendly and kind. Bimba was helpful and looked out for everyone throughout. It was worth every cent and I can't recommend this enough

This was an amazing and physical experience. It gave me the opportunity to see the training into capoeira. Make sure your cardio fitness is solid! I struggled because I’ve been in vacation mode drinking and having a good time. They also have live demonstrations, but I am leaving before the show.

This experience was incredible! Such a fun class, the instructor really works you can pushes you whilst providing an introduction to Capoeira. The class was an hour long and photos and videos were provided. I would do this again in a heartbeat!
