Itinerario
Partiamo da Ho Chi Chi Minh City al mattino per visitare i tunnel di Cu Chi, noti per il loro ruolo nella resistenza anti-americana durante la guerra del Vietnam e ora visti come un simbolo di eroismo. Con oltre 220 km di tunnel sotterranei, è una popolare attrazione turistica sia per i visitatori vietnamiti che per quelli stranieri. Il percorso panoramico da Ho Chi Minh City a Cu Chi passa attraverso la campagna locale, offrendo attrazioni come anatre e bufali lungo il fiume. Nonostante il suo aspetto tranquillo oggi, è difficile immaginare la distruzione causata dai bombardamenti e dalle mine in passato, quando Cu Chi fu designata come "zona bersaglio libera".
Dopo aver esaminato i tunnel, ci dirigeremo a My Tho, una provincia nella regione del delta del Mekong. Ci imbarcheremo in un giro in barca lungo il Mekong superiore e assisteremo alle Isole dei Quattro Animali che prendono il nome da creature della tradizione buddista: Drago, Unicorno, Fenice e Tartaruga. In questa parte del tour, avrai un'idea della vita vietnamita locale e di come è legata al fiume. Successivamente, ti accompagneremo in un'escursione in barca a remi attraverso gli stretti corsi d'acqua, mettendo in mostra la fertile agricoltura del delta con i suoi frutteti, piantagioni di cocco e allevamenti di apicoltura. Durante il tour, avrai l'opportunità di assaggiare tè al miele, frutta di stagione, caramelle fresche al cocco e ascoltare musica folk del Vietnam del sud. Infine, faremo ritorno a Ho Chi Minh City e ti lasceremo al tuo hotel intorno alle 18:30.

Great full day trip. Kevin was a great guide. We were a family of 5 and there was only one other person on the tour.
This is an excellent tour with plenty to do and see and lots of variety. What made the trip special was our lovely guide, Emily who looked after us very well. She made the information interesting and entertaining. Her English is excellent and she has a lovely sense of humour.
It's all good. The guide was very good, especially in telling the story, highly recommended!
