Authentic Hanoi Travel made our Ha Long Bay trip absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we reached out to them, everything was smooth and stress-free. Kevin was a superstar—seriously, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Whether it was sorting out our ride on a super comfy limousine bus or getting us an incredible room on the Aqua Elegance cruise, Kevin handled it all like a pro. He even checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was going great. The cruise itself was a highlight. Aqua Elegance served up some of the best food we’ve ever had—every meal was a treat. The staff, especially Daniel and Andy, were fantastic. They were so friendly and knew so much about Ha Long Bay, which made the whole experience even more special. Ha Long Bay is breathtaking. Those limestone formations and peaceful waters are something you have to see to believe. We also got to meet some really cool people on the cruise, which added even more fun to the trip. What really stood out, though, was how patient and accommodating the team was. Kevin made sure we felt taken care of and didn’t leave a single question unanswered. Thanks to him and his crew, this trip was everything we hoped for and more. There are tons of companies offering trips to Ha Long Bay, and we contacted four or five before booking. What made the difference for us was communication. While most companies either took ages to reply or left us hanging, Authentic Hanoi Travel kept us in the loop the entire time. It made the whole process so much smoother, and honestly, that’s why we chose them—and we’re so glad we did.

I went as a solo traveller and was not keen to do everything but the great manage Ha made me so comfortable said what ever l want to do. Also I’m a very fussy eater and could not eat first night but they adapted to make it to my liking the next day and it was beautiful, Ha the manager is great and the staff are amazing, nothing is too much. The day l didn’t do the trip the staff member brought me my breakfast I’m my room, did so much to make me comfortable and so create full.

I booked for one night on the boat and it was enought time to spend in Ha long bay. I specially enjoyed the kayaking. Food was nice and the my room was clean. Hoang was very knowledgeable about history of HaNoi and ha long bay and explained our scheduled very well.

It was good for the price. The boat was great and the staff was sweet. But we were promised an english speaking guide and we didnt understand most of what he said. It wasnt traditional vietnamese food but it was fine. Overall we would recomend.

A very nice cruise, very well organized. The program is as advertised and the excursions are great, but there are still a lot of people! The boat is well equipped, clean and comfortable, the rooms are well appointed. The meals are very good and very hearty. Drinks are not included as indicated, not even water! We recommend this cruise is a very good Price quality ratio.

Took my mum to visit the famous ha long Bay when she visited me in Vietnam. Great service and excellent communication with the trav consultant Kevin. Our guide Hà was excellent and spoke great English, was funny and had great info for us. The boat is small with max capacity about 20 pax. We had a small group of 10 all up and it was relaxing. The boat is not luxury but clean and comfortable. The crew were fantastic and there were enough activities. Lần ha bay was beautiful and not too many boats there. Definitely recommend.

We booked this tour a day before the actual trip itself. A few minutes later, the tour agency messaged us and asked for some special request/food allergies that they should note. Very good communication! The pickup service was on time, and we even arrived about 10 minutes late but they still waited for us. The tour guide can speak fluent English. The posted itinerary was followed throughout the trip. The cruise ship is relatively okay, as well as its crew and staff. The food is so good, you will not be disappointed! But take note that every drink has its fee (3$ each), so better think first before getting the pineapple/mango juice during meals. It's better to check the weather first before going, because during our first day, it was raining so hard and we had to wait for the rain to stop before going back to the cruise ship. Overall, this tour will definitely be a memorable experience especially if you're with the best people! My friends and I recommend this tour :)
