Such an incredible day!! THIS will not disappoint. The crew, food, drinks and views are superb. Bring an extra $20 per person and go out on the speed boat. Optional but worth it!! Can't wait to go back and do this once again.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​A Marvelous Experience from Start to Finish! ​Our day with JadeSails was truly spectacular and exceeded every expectation we had. If you are looking for a day cruise in Ha Long Bay that combines breathtaking scenery with world-class hospitality, this is the one to book. ​From the moment we stepped on board, the "finesse" of this operation was on full display. We were welcomed with a beautiful live guitar performance and a shower of rose petals—a personal touch that made us feel special right from the beginning. Unlike other tours, they provided a professional presentation and a clear, printed itinerary so we knew exactly what to expect for the day. ​The highlights were endless: ​The Adventure: Exploring the stunning caves by boat, spotting monkeys in their natural habitat, and enjoying time in the water canoeing and swimming. ​The Food & Drink: The meals and evening snacks were delicious, and the service was attentive throughout. ​The Entertainment: The staff is incredibly talented! The karaoke session was a blast, and as we returned to the dock, a staff member playing the flute provided a serene and beautiful conclusion to the journey. ​The entire day was "no pressure" and perfectly organized. The staff’s energy and genuine kindness made this the absolute highlight of our time in Vietnam. If you want a day cruise, this is for YOU! We loved it and all the staff were amazing! Shout out to Qyuen (hopefully I’m spelling her name right, she’s have glasses and cute bangs). Sweetest staff, we were ordering drinks with her and as soon as she saw our glasses was empty, already walking over to ask us if we want to order more! Drinks on board are SO affordable ( would have probably paid hundreds back in US, only cost is like $40 ). The row boat to cave was amazing, we were just taking it all in how beautiful it is. Also if you are able too, please tip your rowing person, it such hard work! The only thing is there’ll be other tourists on board that don’t understand being a decent and kind person. They feel like they are entitled and treating the staff unfriendly. When the ship manager was giving safety and tour briefly they kept interrupting and talking over him (was so rude, they were group of like 20 people). Staff so patience with them! Also the staff was so amazing with everyone dietary restrictions, I have no ideas why these group was so chaotic, all of them were vegetarian and when staff bought out their special food to their tables, they complained that the buffet station was all either meats or seafood! I almost lost it and said something to them. Staff already catering to them and send plenty of food to their table, but the complaining about the buffet stations for the tourist on the board was CEAZY! But I do want to shoutout to Denmark, my family and I shared the row boat with them, nicest people! But overall please book this if you are able too!
