Being charged an extra €10 per person on arrival to sit at the window left a bitter taste in my mouth. Perhaps it's in the small print and I didn't notice that when booking but somwthing to note... Otherwsie it was a nice experience and we had some good fun with the staff and other passengers. We did the 90 min tour which is enough for the tour but maybe just a bit rushed with the food so maybe book the 2 hours if you like to take your time eating. Everyone was in good humour despite the heatwave and it wasn't too packed. Fun experience for couples, dinner on the seine for a reasonable price.
An all-around successful evening: Food solid, service friendly and the tour on the nightly Seine with the buildings and bridges an absolute highlight. Big praise for the timing: when starting the tour at 9 p.m., you pass the glittering Eiffel Tower towards the end of the tour.
The boat was good and the ride very nice and the duration perfect The dinner was terrible, I won't take it again, the chicken was dry and bad and the cod was the same The appetizers were very good and the dessert too
Excellent welcome, good service, and good food. The tour was shorter than expected, but everything was fine. I recommend it. I took the 6:30 PM one.
I couldn't find it. Entrance, bad reviews, paid for it. No way to cruise. I want a complaint, a refund.
We had a very good cruise and meal. The view from the boat was incredible. The only issue is it is not well labeled as to where the meeting area is. One of the bar tenders at the bar across from the dock was very helpful by showing us where we were to meet and then assisting with getting us there on time.
Nice experience. The are additional charges for drinks, seating by windows and beef options.
Excellent food easy to reach the boarding pier thanks to the directions on the ticket pleasant evening perhaps the cruise could have been a bit longer to see more parts of the city.
Very good welcome and quality service. It was a good surprise idea for my wife who was delighted.
I think that paying an extra €50 to be next to the windows was not necessary since they are tables of 6, no matter what, we would have been next to the window.
