Malak, wow. Genuinely what a great experience we’ve had working with Malak on our trip. He’s extremely attentive and accommodating to customizing your trip to your wants. We booked the Nile cruise with him and other small tours to see temples along the way, and the guides that walked us through the temples were great. He gave us a great price for all our tours compared to other competitors and was extremely responsive to any questions and always followed up to make sure the tour went well and we arrived at our final destination. Overall working with Malak made our trip feel safe and secure. We also booked a hot air balloon ride with Malak, but unfortunately, it was canceled due to the high winds (which is obviously out of his or anyone’s control). I would definitely recommend using Malak for your trip to Egypt, I know I definitely will when I come back!

Mr. Malak was very responsive and cooperative since the very beginning. I asked to book a specific nile cruise and he made it happen. He also booked all the transportation and the tour guides for us in advance, so wherever we arrived, we had a driver and a guide for us. 
We were very disappointed with the first tour guide as he was not professional at all and was not even a tour guide telling us wrong information and confusing stories. However, Mr. Malak was very attentive when he heard of our bad experience, he made sure that all the upcoming tour guides were of great standards. The Luxor day program given to us jammed all the visits in one day which was absurd and would’ve been super exhausting but thank god we noticed and pushed to have it split on 2 days instead (which were also very tiring so imagine all in 1 day) 
But Mr Malak even though he was not convinced and wanted us to do everything in 1 day, he still listened to our needs and made all the last minute changes to make sure we’re happy and satisfied. 
Mr. Malak is very attentive and keeps checking on you many times in the day to make sure all is going well and everyone is happy. He also was kind to come at the end of the trip to say hi to us in person.
