We had a wonderful time with a female captain and a female guide. Both were extremely friendly, attentive, and knew how to tell many funny and exciting pieces of information about the city. We did the sunset tour, which resulted in extremely beautiful lighting conditions in and over the city and the water. Highly!! recommended!!!
Great guide. Learned a lot of history about Amsterdam and the canals. Would definitely recommend. Jasmin was great
it was a great evening on the water. The weather was a little cool, but they had blankets. Also had beer and wine - and a clean toilet! Loved learning about the area and seeing all the different architecture.

Couldn’t make it due to a medical problem and they did not give me my refund. You would think they would be considerate.
Dear Alecia, Thank you for your review. You booked a cruise for two adults on Saturday 9th of august. You did not show up for your departure and your seats were reserved for you and your second ticket. Only two days later we receive a message from Viator that you would like to have your money back because your daughter was sick. We understand that this is much more important, and we hope your daughter is well. Unfortunately we have a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you would have contacted on Saturday we could have found a custom made solution for you. Because we have an excellent customer service. But if you don't contact us directly, but only file a refund request through Viator 2 days later we are strict in our policy and we referred you to your travel insurance. We already expected your 1 star review, but we do not consider it to be fair. If you miss your airplane or train, and contact them 2 days later you would also not get a refund. I am certain you can claim it back from your travel insurance and we are more than happy to confirm to them that you missed the cruise. In case is something is wrong, please contact us before the departure.
