It was a very nice experience. The weather was wonderful. Dinner was good. Only thing that could be better was the seating for dining room. A bit crowded. Hard to get onto our seats. Climbed around other passengers. Be aware of that. After dinner, there was lots of room to walk around. Take a jacket for the trip back to dock, gets a little chilly. Very glad we went. The bus ride to marina was very entertaining. Staff very friendly.

Trip was good, food was good but I was double charged for my friend and I. Told Sandy who checked us in and she said she would take care of it but so far I still have not received my that deletion of the second charge!!!!
It was outstanding, the food, the service, sunset (crazy beautiful) and the live entertainment to end the evening was just great
The dining area is tight and very hot but the food is good. The experience of traveling around Emerald Bay was breath taking. We truly enjoyed the experience.
Fun boat ride across Lake Tahoe. Dinner was pretty decent, the ribeye steak had a lot of gristle. But our server was really nice and attentive. Would do this again though
Bait and Switch!! Buyer Be Aware for booking this right now!The company completely changed the Vessel and the food last minute and still wanted to charge $160 for pulled pork and chicken Buffet instead if Steak Dinner. I received an email a few hours beforehand that they were changing the vessel and I was okay with that. Then I happened to call right before leaving our hotel because I received someone else's tickets. It was then that I was informed of a completely different menu. I asked why they didn't mention it beforehand and she said it was an oversight. And that she would bring it up to management and that it was going to be that way for a few weeks. That never happened because they are still advertising and selling this cruise. I cancelled and we took a champagne cruise the next day and met people who went thru the same thing but they showed up and that's when they found out. They wanted a refund for the expensive parking because we're never notified but the company said No to reimbursing them. It wasted their whole evening. Viator should take this down until its a viable excursion.
It’s a nice leisure activity. May be boring for small children with not much for them to do. But as older adults, very enjoyable. Food was pretty good but we were there more for the cruise than the food! Beautiful scenery and great narration through emerald bay. Drinks are pricey at $17 for a small plastic glass. Overall we really enjoyed the outing.
Plan your parking/shuttle well. We chose to park at the Harrah Casino and the cruise shuttle took us to the dock. Everything went very smoothly. Bring an extra layer as it gets quite chilly on the water: especially after the sun begins to set. They split our cruise into 2 groups. One group started with the meal while the other enjoyed the deck with live music and optional drinks if you chose to pay. Our dinner began at 7:30. It was delicious and the service was excellent. I believe it's recommended to tip the waiter/waitress. They worked very hard and made it a very enjoyable experience. Overall, recommend if you are looking for a fun evening on Lake Tahoe.
Food was very good. Crew was excellent. Views were wonderful. Duo was entertaining. Boat was amazingly stable, even in some choppy water.
