Il nostro molo si trova nel centro di Parigi, vicino al Ponte Alma, con facile accesso ai mezzi pubblici e parcheggio gratuito per i nostri ospiti. Dalle ore 11 : 30, il nostro team di reception vi accoglierà e vi fornirà tutte le informazioni necessarie. Dopo aver ricevuto la carta d'imbarco e il menu, salirai a bordo della barca, dove il nostro Maître d'hôtel e il team di servizio ti Guideranno al tuo tavolo e prenderanno il tuo ordine da una selezione di antipasti, piatti principali e dessert. Mentre vi godete l'aperitivo, la crociera inizia lungo la Senna alle 12:30. Ammira monumenti iconici come la Torre Eiffel, il Louvre, il Museo d'Orsay e i ponti Alexandre III e Arts da una prospettiva unica sul fiume. Durante il viaggio, goditi un servizio attento, viste panoramiche dal ponte superiore e musica dal vivo per fisarmonica. La crociera termina di nuovo al punto di partenza alle 14:15.

Con la sua facciata che rimanda alla sua vita passata di stazione ferroviaria, costruita nel 1900, oggi funge da museo che espone capolavori del XIX secolo, e più precisamente, il lavoro degli impressionisti.
Riconoscibile per la sua cupola ornata in oro pregiato, fu originariamente costruita come ospedale per i feriti di guerra sotto il regno di Luigi XIV. Oggi ospita la tomba di Napoleone I e il Musée de l’Armée (Museo Militare).
Costruito per l'Esposizione Universale del 1937, ospita vari musei (il Museo Navale, il Museo dei Monumenti Francesi, il Museo dell'Uomo...)

While the welcome is perfect, the staff is very friendly, professional, and attentive, and the meal offers a very good quality/price ratio (including for the children's menu), it is unfortunate, to say the least, that the "routine" maintenance of the boat leaves much to be desired. We had this lunch cruise on a scorching day (35 to 40°C outside), and not only was the air conditioning too weak (if not nonexistent), but also nearly 1/3 of the ceiling blinds were missing, which made us feel like we were in a greenhouse. This is absolutely not normal and spoiled a good part of this day. These are lamentable savings and reflect a total lack of respect for the customer by the management of Bateaux Mouches. What a shame because, as mentioned above, the staff and the meal are very good, hence the "Average" rather than "mediocre" or even "Horrible."

Very good experience. Smiling staff who are attentive to your needs. Excellent food. Good value for money
The organization was terrible. We were hundreds of people waiting for a boat. They direct us to one door and open another, and in a small hallway, many people try to enter. We looked like cattle trying to enter the slaughterhouse. And then on the boat, you can't see any of the people that are there. I do not recommend this company at all.
We had a wonderful time with friends. The choice of dishes allowed my guests to enjoy according to their tastes. A big thank you to Clara, our main waitress, as well as to the entire team who contributed to the smooth running of this meal. A very good choice for celebrating my birthday. I recommend this option.
The ride had expectations, then it wasn't so much. At noon, on a sunny day the cabin was not equipped, air conditioning was lacking, too hot.
There is no guide to tell you what landmarks you are seeing, we liked that. The food was excellent and there was a man playing the piano, very peaceful.
I was looking for what to do in Paris and came up with this idea of taking a fly cruise on the scene

The tour was cancelled due to high river level but the tour operator was great with communication and refunded us in full without argument
When we arrived we were not on the list they have, but luckily they solved it and finally gave us the passes. Due to rain we couldn’t make the whole route, but also with all these unforeseen events, it was a very nice experience. I recommend it.
