Crociera La Casta - Lusso 5 stelle HALONG E LAN HA BAY - 2 giorni / 1 notte

A good way to see Ha Long Bay from Hanoi. Pleasant cruising on the bays. Food was good. As advertised. Bus stops to/from are a bit of a tourist trap trying to sell you pearl jewelry or statues/art but are Vietnamese.

The pickup was straightforward and the bus transfer very comfortable. When on board the buffet lunch and the dinner were amazing. Lots of seafood and plenty of other choices too. We tried out the jacuzzi at the back of the boat after a trip in a kayak to some caves. We also sampled some spring roll making and squid fishing. The sunset party was a little disappointing, as we were largely left to ourselves. There were many different nationalities on board so it wasn't too easy to mingle. However, once I hijacked the Bluetooth speaker and played some of my spotify tunes, all 6 of us on the top deck had a bit of a boogie. There was even karaoke in the dining room, but none of this had been advertised, so again, there were only about 10 of us doing this. All music and drinks stopped at 10pm unfortunately. We did have an amazing room at the front of the boat (La Casta Regal), and the breakfast buffet was again amazing. The staff were thoroughly amazing and couldn't have been more helpful and were lovely. I suspect they rely heavily on tips, but this wasn't really put across to us, so they tip box didn't have much in it sadly!

An amazingly friendly crew and superb food amongst the most majestic scenery We were very well looked after Accommodation very comfortable and just a shame we only did one night. I would recommend 2 As always the y in Vietnam was superb and the people just so friendly and interesting

We stayed overnight frm 9/6 to 10/6 & were a group of 11 PPL including family and friends. Firstly, we had requested veg.food for 7ppl & the veg food was french fries, fruits & salad! Poor. Secondly, they took us only for 1 excursion to a beach for swimming & kayaking - no visit to any caves or some high view pt. The cookery class & fishing activity is a sham & laughable. Most importantly, after check out in the ship, our group of 11 (we are frm India) were told to board a boat for return to shore, we thought others would also come but none came & the boat started. The boat carried the luggage of all passengers & it was non-ac & very slow. When we reached shore we saw all other passengers deboarding a ac fast ship. When we complained to the co. Official about the reason why we were sent in the luggage boat - the reply was that there was not enough room. Now, if this is not racial discrimination - what is?? As we were the only brown people among all. Our bus which was to take us back to our Hanoi hotel & is arranged by the cruise company came after 15-20 minutes after all others had left!We paid the same money as others then also we were made to feel as if we were freeloaders! I would strongly suggest people from India & neighbouring countries to avoid this cruise & avoid being humiliated after paying a high price for this so called "5 star cruise".

La Casta was a great cruise experience for us. Everything was of supreme quality. The food was delicious and since I am a vegetarian, they made sure special arrangements were made for me. The staff Lucky was very polite and helpful. Dong helped us on the cruise with our arrangements. Overall it was a experience. Must do when in Hanoi.

Mr Lẫm and his Team were amazing! Food was amazing. I like how it’s clean and the team ensures we were safe with any activity we did especially for a solo Traveller. 2 Days 1 night was too short for me. I would have like to visit more places to do more activities. But I still had an enjoyable and memorable time with Mr Lẫm and his Team !

Ms Huong, Mr Dong and Mr Lam leads a team of superb staff onboard. The service was great, view was fantastic, kayaking was fun. Definitely wanna be back 😄

Cruse was great, food that was meant to be served hot was cold, beers where cold and so were the cocktails Room was amazing Went to a lil fishing village which was really good
