This was a great experience overall. The driver, boat crew, and the captain were excellent. The snacks that were provided included some cookies and pound cake. The boat had a clean restroom on board.

Great afternoon with friends, we were able to bring our picnic and drinks, which is really nice; there were also soft drinks and punch on site, as well as cookies. We had a fantastic day, I recommend it without hesitation.

Thanks to Tony our driver to bring us at the meeting point with top vehicle and drop us for free at the hotel , punch on board was excellent, don’t forget to bring your towels , it s a very friendly experience we meet other participants and it was very fun , thanks to the team because we can come with our picnic and drinks for free

My mom and I had the best time! We both loved it and would definitely recommend it, especially in the summer heat. Cookies and drinks are provided for the half day trip. I would suggest bringing a sandwich and snacks.

The tour operator canceled well below 24 hours before the trip. If the consumers are punished for last minute cancellations, vendors should be too.

We had a great trip. Only disappointment was that the TripAdvisor description said local wines were included, and this was not the case. Rum punch and soft drinks only. Not a big deal, but it was something we factored in when comparing prices.

When booking this experience, we thought this was a private boat as the family we were travelling with was 10 people. It was not, and the other groups on our tour also thought they were booking a private boat. We also had a very choppy day on the water, so a lot of people were seasick. I am glad we brought food and drinks with us on the boat because there was not really much. We also only stopped in one spot so that could have been better.

Very organized the driver texted on what’s app the night before on the meet up time. The meet up address was accurate. He was on time and drove us to the boat. The staff on the boat were very friendly and helpful. The boat was nice, clean and snacks and drinks onboard were delicious. While at sea they were very helpful with taking the paddle boards on and off the boat. We were waiting for another family that didn’t make it so they extended our time on the sea to give us the appropriate amount of time the itinerary had. It was a great experience highly recommend the water and views are beautiful.

My friends and I met up with the driver and he took us to the marina. Seemed like he had some trouble finding the marina because he looped around the same road twice. Once at the marina, he spent another 20 minutes trying to find the catamaran. He called the office and they didn’t know either. This was frustrating. I tried to message the tour operator myself via Viator and got no response. We finally found the boat because I saw a group of people waiting and asked if they were the tour. The captain and first mate were nice and gave us all the precaution informations before setting sail. After that, they didn’t really talk much to any of the guests. Music was played but you can’t really hear it unless you’re on the top deck, so this isn’t really a party boat. This tour detailed that lunch and alcoholic beverage would be provided but we only got little pastries and juice/soda/water. The pitcher of juice supposedly had “some alcohol” but tasted like juice. Overall, the catamaran ride was good but my friends and I were thrown off regarding the food and beverage options and the transport issue.
