La Torre Eiffel è stata costruita dall'ingegnere francese Gustave Eiffel, per l'Esposizione Universale di Parigi del 1889. Questa magnifica impresa tecnica è stata realizzata in due anni, due mesi e cinque giorni. È alto 324 metri e la struttura metallica pesa 7.300 tonnellate. I parigini vere scandalizzati dal suo aspetto metallico e altezza. È stato costruito per durare 20 anni. Un'antenna radio fu aggiunta alla sommità nel 1903, salvando la torre dalla demolizione. Ora è diventato il monumento simbolico di Parigi.
Il Museo d'Orsay è stato costruito per la prima volta con una stazione ferroviaria per l'Esposizione universale del 1900 a Parigi. È stato trasformato in un museo negli anni '80 per ospitare l'arte del XIX secolo, comprese le opere dei più grandi impressionisti e post-impressionisti come Auguste Renoir, Claude Monet e Vincent Van Gogh.

This review is for the cruise titled "Family Cruise" on the Vedettes de Paris website, so worded a little differently than TripAdvisor's title. The cruise left promptly and was indeed 1 hour. Our guide, Lise, was lovely. She gave the tour in French and English and did a great job of engaging the kids. Our kids are 10 and 13. This was their first time in Paris, and the history she gave was well-delivered such that they remembered things from her for the rest of our trip. The app has a nice recorded guide as well, that was nice to listen to remember the cruise afterwards. The boat and the bathroom were clean. We didn't purchase any food/drink, so can't comment on that. This was definitely worth the time and money. We'd book from Vedettes de Paris again.
This was very informative and a lot of fun for both our kids. It was a beautiful day and the tour guide was amazing
Yesterday we wanted to go on the boat. Bought tickets and stood neatly (at the front) of the queue. When it turned out that the boat was only going to board 13:15 we found out that with this time schedule we were late on our next tour. The ladies at the line said no problem then you rebook to later. Once at the desk, it all turned out not to be possible. Unkindly we were spoken to that we could still board because he was still not gone or 60 euros paid and disappointed children. So no idea if it was worth the price because we didn't see anything. While online there is the possibility to rebook but our tickets were already scanned. Very disappointing.
Comfortable cruising and driving very clear and engaging kids pins!
Everything perfect except the awful witch at the bar who literally ruined my trip. The captain so nice, the super interesting guide and at the bar a kind of stupid and mean witch who traumatized me with her long nails and who handled pancakes without gloves. My son was sick and wanted apple juice but she refused to serve me because I noticed her lack of hygiene...
It was a first for me. I very much appreciated the explanations and humor of the guide. Next time I will try to do the night cruise. 😍

A very pleasant family cruise: very much appreciated the comments quite relevant and affordable for children!! A cruise that combines history of Paris and beautiful walk allowing to appreciate several eras of architecture. A real success!!
Yeah, good. This cruise combined with a discovery of Paris by TootBus allowed us to discover the main monuments of Paris from different angles. Everyone can cruise according to their wishes (sitting outside, sitting inside, passing from port to starboard and vice versa depending on the comments of the guide). In addition to the planned cruise we were able to discover an unplanned activity: to be evacuated from the boat by the famous Paris firefighters. Our boat had a problem and became impossible to steer, we were able to dock with the help of other boats under the watchful eyes of the river brigade and be evacuated. Les Vedettes de Paris sent us another boat and we were able to finish our cruise (with 1 hour more on the clock).
