Nice cruise around the sound. Then a second company took us on the wine tour. Visited 3 wineries with a lunch included.
We are glad you enjoyed your tour with Beachcomber Cruises and Marlborough Wine Tours, its a conjoint tour that works well for those wanting to cruise and wine.
Nice beginning to our time in Picton . There are two companies that run this. One for cruise and another for the wineries. We had another booking with the winery tour. Fortunately they adjusted to take us to different wineries on each.

A trip of two halves. The cruise was Beachcomber's Ship Cove trip mainly aimed at dropping off walkers and their packs at different locations so only 15 minutes ashore. A very overcast day though we did see a couple of dusky dolphins. The wine tour was excellent and is thoroughly recommended. The sun came out. Keith was an intetesting and knowledgeable guide. We toured 3 great wineries with a lovely lunch at St Clair.

Marlborough Sound was amazing. Our boat showed us (the tourists) the various bays and inlets, whilst providing a community service to hikers, canoeists and locals - which gave us an insight into life in the area. Very rewarding. We were then collected from the wharf and escorted to our first winery by the Great Hamish. He is an asset to Marlborough Wine Tours and should be paid double. The whole day was definitely worth it

We took the "ultimate day out" and indeed it was. The cruise was fantastic and the wineries well chosen and selections tasty. Chocolate stop was a nice surprise. Loved the comfy van!

The catamaran tour of the Sounds was just breathtaking! Our tour guide for the winery portion, Gavin, was a true delight to spend the afternoon with. Very knowledgeable and put in the extra time to make sure we got to all three wineries as well at the Chocolate Factory (our catamaran tour ran about 20 minutes late). Great experience!

Beautiful and informative excursion. Plenty of stopping points to break up a long drive. Flight back is an option if you are tired of the bus ride.
hmm, not sure that you are reviewing our Marlborough Wine Tour - certainly can't fly on this tour!!
Cruise operator was very informative and is a very passionate person. I felt it was more a pickup and drop off Cruise. Wine tour was awesome and the lunch was devine.

We had a fabulous time. The skipper of the boat was very knowledgeable and friendly, as was our wine tour driver and hosts and Queen Charlotte Sound is stunning. Highly recommend this local tour company
