We booked our trip to Ha Long Bay with Sofia at Azotar travel. Sofia was very quick to respond to our question’s and remained available throughout the whole experience. We were reluctant to be paying prior to the start of the trip but we needed have worried as all was above board. We would happily book any future experiences direct with them if we a lucky enough to return to Vietnam
Sofia was great at helping us to organise an amazing last minute cruise to Halong Bay and private transfers and tours to Ninh Binh. We really appreciated her working around the clock to help us to organise our last minute plans.
Very well organized trip. Small group. Comfortable transportation (small bus). Tasty lunch served on board. Very good guide.

Sofia gave us really good service. She was attentive and genuinely cared about whether we enjoyed our tour or not so she could provide good experiences for her customers. We had a nightmare by getting on the wrong tour bus (no one can say my name properly and it has led to a lot of confusion this trip), and Sofia was quick to sort it out on the other end of the phone and arranged for us to be picked up. She truly was a life saver! Would recommend visiting her as she tries to get you the best tour for a reasonable price
