Luxury is not the correct description for this cruise. We were served drinks from paper cups and the only napkins available were from a box of Kleenex on the table. The food was average at best, but the staff were friendly and hard working. We boarded at 8pm and sat for another 30 minutes before leaving. We went to the first stop and I think there were performers but I wouldn’t know because the top area was roped off for a private group. By the time we were allowed to go up there, I could only make it to the top of the stairs because the tiny area we were allowed in was packed with people. I returned to my table only to find out it was taken over by others so I couldn’t even enjoy the warm bottle of water I had left there. We sat at the first stop with music blaring so loud it left my ears ringing and when I asked why we weren’t moving, I was told it was too wavy to go to the other stops. Had I known this before, I would have rather enjoyed a nice dinner in the Marina area. When we were disembarking, another gentleman said it best, “Not Good.”

Serving drinks in paper cups, limited access to seating areas, delayed departure, and loud music are certainly not what we promise nor want our guests to experience. We especially regret that the upper deck was restricted and that your table was taken over, which should never happen during a managed event. Your point about communication regarding the route change due to wave conditions is well taken — this should have been clearly communicated in advance. That said, we are glad to hear that the staff were friendly and hardworking despite the circumstances. We have forwarded your comments to our operations team and the cruise partner involved. A full internal review is already underway to ensure that these issues are addressed immediately and that future guests receive a much higher quality experience. We would like to offer you a gesture of goodwill and discuss compensation. Please let us know the best way to reach you directly. We had a great desert safari with Naveed, who is an excellent driver. We enjoyed the dune bashing most. Real adrenaline!

My favorite part of the tour was Dune Bashing with AFTAB driver "King of the desert" If was an exciting experience!! Quad bikes and dunes view awesome! You cannot leave Dubai before join this tour..
